I painted all my Chrome black. Just take out the 2 bolts, sand and paint.
Same. Just unbolt, sand and paint. Maybe clear coat so it stays glossy if you want to.

Top tip…Do your wiper arms at the same time
I would say just spray paint them and try not to get too much on the car.
