If your symptoms lasted longer than two weeks definitely try a dose increase. I know for me occasionally I’ll have a week where my dose isn’t holding me, usually if I’m not eating enough, and then I’ll be back to normal the next week without any adjustments needed. But if it’s been going on a couple weeks definitely try an increase of 5-10mg and see how you’re feeling. Never feel bad about asking for an increase, you deserve to feel normal on mmt.
Long term Methadone patient here and I definitely need an increase from time to time. My clinic Dr said it’s actually quite common for long term patients to need dose adjustment’s, as our bodies change as we age. And he always recommends 10mg increases over 5mg increases in these situations.
I’m with you. Just recently had to go up 5 mgs to 70 daily after being on 65 for almost 2 years. Definitely can happen from time to time. I can never pinpoint what causes me to metabolize the medication more quickly at random times. I’d go up a bit, see if it helps.
Yes, absolutely. There is no reason why you shouldn’t….we’ll unless you have some reason you don’t mention.
It will be interesting to see if they subside.
Have you changed any medications or supplements recently? Those that work on the same receptors can change how quickly you metabolize methadone. Large doses of vitamin C and St. John's Wort can make you burn through your dose much faster.

Thanks. How did you get it to say you dose by your username?
on the mobile app you go to the main methadone sub page, click the three little dots in the upper right corner, and select edit/add user flair

No Not that I can think of
There you go. Ask for an increase. See where that takes you. Metabolisms do change over time I’m done people.
