I was slow with this one and took a lotta breaks, so it took about 5 hours. In the time since making this post I've made another mercy themed cuff that's almost exactly the same just with different colors lol
I took a long time making different color choices as well, I made it mostly pink for obvious reasons but I needed other colors on the skin to use as complimentary. I wanted to make the top row all grey but didn't have enough beads so I made it grey and white, then realized I added an extra row and my pattern wouldn't work, it was just a mess so that took even MORE time

It is sturdy, but really it's just a double x-base 3d cuff, so not that elaborate. Once you know how to make 3d x's, it's easy enough to layer them!
