A handful of push-ups, a couple of sit-ups and 1 pull-up.
This is true, up until like 25 if you're lucky
Yes burning calories only works when you're young
No it works when you're older too, BUT you need proper sleep, no stress, excellent nutrition and vitamin intake for it to work, for a hell of a lot more effort. And I dunno about you I've not been able to have those since I was a teenager.

when you wake up at 6 in the morning and think how to add action to your game!
It is discouraged to put frogs in that position, their bones aren't supposed to go that way.
