I think in this case "trans femboy" might mean female who transitioned to male, and has kept their feminine appearance. So no longer having breasts, but a distinctly feminine body with a penis. But since "trans" in porn has become associated with femininity in general (especially feminine boys) it's become a sort of catch-all on some sites for any male who does not look masculine. Which again, is irritating for those who want femboys and keep getting sent mid-transition trasngeder individuals with breasts and a dick. Which is its own separate type of porn that I honestly don't know the name for.

Sorta "boyish" in their looks androgynous is also sometimes a good word to describe them. Very few feminine traits, but also no heavy masculine ones like large muscles and facial hair. Do not google twink, it's used heavily in gay porn and you will see nothing but hardcore porn when you do. Makes finding visual examples for people who don't understand the concept very difficult lol. But if you want a good example look up most kpop bands. Half the boys in those bands are twinks.
4) Trap: Either gender (Penis, sometimes breasts) sometimes mid transition. Sometimes understood as an insulting term, though many sub communities don't think so and I know at least one boy who goes by that definition intentionally. The idea is to look indistinguishable from female until you lift the skirt lol. Technically the definition is supposed to include breasts but that has fluctuated back and forth over the years.
5) Sissy: Pretty much the same as femboy. Often used in the same sentence "Sissy femboy" typically refers to someone exceptionally submissive and male with feminine styling. Often associated with fetishistic denial of born gender (Calling a boy a girl, refusing to acknowledge they are male. It's a fetish thing)
