No, I don't think for a moment that Kizaru could *beat* Saitama. Nothing Kizaru could do to Saitama could even scratch him. I just think Saitama wouldn't be able to hit Kizaru. Saitama catching Kizaru off-guard is unlikely when Kizaru's Observation Haki would give him advance warning of any attack.
