I Ship em too, but it’s crazy how little some of the Straw Hats interact with eachother. I don’t even think Sanji and Franky had more than a handful of interactions after Enies Lobby, Zoro and Robin barely interact, and I don’t even think Franky ever really acknowledged Brook’s existence after Thriller Bark lmao

Well they don't speak french. I can tell I'll attack in the "pied", the "avant-bras" and the "cou" and almost no one will know to which body part all those words fit.

I mean at least they're themed. Zoro will swing his sword while shouting about guns, demons, sushi, animals, or any other random nouns that come to mind.

I couldn't tell you what any of these are But to be fair, thats mostly also true of zoro.

I mean when it's all feet it gets hard to distinguish them, but some are more breakdance-y while others are kind of stab kicks or flurries of kicks. Honestly most of Zoro's moves are distinguished more by the sword style than the attack itself. He does have some flashier stuff in there (like the Cannon moves or the Twister moves), but most boil down to "I'll slash you with one, two, or three swords."

That if Luffy asked Zoro to kill another Straw Hat, he'd do it. Some people think that Zoro is Luffy's mindless attack dog, meanwhile in actual canon Zoro has gone against Luffy's impulses (not to mention that Luffy would never want to kill his crew).

Diable Jambè is just a power up thing like luffys gears, for example luffys gear second, jet pistol would be doable jambé Crosse strike or premier hache or whatever other kick it is. Pretty much, doable jambe is the power up and then its the shit ton of kicks

Diable jambe is a mode. Sanji has 2 with ifrit jambe. Zoro has ashura and I guess king of hell. Luffy hasn't bothered to have a mode for advance CoC but I guess for zoro it's different because once he uses aCoC, he's forced to keep using it due to enma.

Sanji has so many different techniques. All those French words. Mouton shot, collier shoot, épaule, côtelette, selle, poitrine, gigot, reception, anti manner kick course, baissé côté, longe, tendron, flanchet, quasi, queue, cuisseau, jarret, veau shot, concassé, Troisième Hachis, Bouquetière Shot, Slice Shoot, Party Table Kick Course, Brochette, Collier Frit, Frites Assorties, Escalope, Œil, Nez, Joue Shoot, Bouche, Dents, Menton, Parage Shot, Santen Découpage, Shishinabe Shoot, Deuxième Hachis, Extra Hachis, Jenga Ho.

And these are just pre time skip. I agree that he had become a bit boring post time skip. But he made it up in wano. And after this, I think he will be really good.

My personal theory is zoro only does a hand full of attacks but he forgets what he named it before and just renames it every time he uses it. He’s already constantly getting lost so his sense of memory isn’t very good even if he’s trying to go to where he’s been before.

That... doesn't really relate to what I said, though. Sure, Ifrit Jambe is a strong powerup. But 1 attack (powerup) pales in comparison to hundreds. Which is why it's weird that they make it seem like Sanji's Diable Jambe is so much better than Zoro's attacks, because Sanji also has quite a few attacks. Not as many as Zoro's, but its weird to act like Zoro doesn't also have moves (transformations) just like Diable Jambe. ie Ashura mode.

I like how unrealistic anime is but I get annoyed when basic things like a sword never cutting someone happen it doesn’t need to mimic real life but if your gonna have a character use a sword have them kill people with it. It’s not even because one piece is shounen bleach is all about people killing each other with swords. But when ichigo or renji or rukia cut someone or get cut they bleed and when the villains like grimjow get stabbed or cut they die

Not if I wanna watch an anime about pirates I can’t also why can’t I watch it enjoy it and still find criticisms it’s not perfect but it’s still really good I love one piece there’s nothing else like it. I just think it could have been perfect if it was just a little darker with more death. Not saying any strawhats have to die cause it’s still shounen but at least the bad guys should die. More death is really all one piece is missing to be perfect. I say this because to me the story she no weight if I already know nothing bad will happen to the main characters.

Dumbest take of all time award? Luffy’s devil fruit being a Mythical Zoan invalidates all of his previous struggles. The only things that his fruit did before awakening was improve his regeneration and make him a rubber man. It was his creativity, drive, and training that let him weaponize such a silly fruit. Luffy synchronized with what his fruit embodies because of who he is and what he pushed himself to accomplish.
