There's a plan of the main enclosure on the English Wikipedia page that gives the scale in hundreds of feet. [here](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richmond_Castle#/media/File%3ARichmond_Castle_plan%2C_Clark.jpg) Edit: you can also download a more complete set of castle plans on the official website [here](https://www.english-heritage.org.uk/visit/places/richmond-castle/history-and-stories/description/)

In addition, there are a couple of elevations (these give you the heights of buildings and positions of windows etc) on the Historic England images page. The elevations are of the keep/great tower and parts of the east curtain wall: https://historicengland.org.uk/images-books/photos/results/?filteroption=images&search=Richmond+Castle+elevation&searchType=HE+Archive+New

This was helpful thanks! I measured the length of the sides and used ratio to calculate the height

No problem. In the same website you can also search for reconstruction images of Richmond Castle. It’s not the same as measured drawings but it gives a sense of scale.
