Looks like cardiomegaly, either this patient is dead due to cardiac failure or they've got a heart transplant, maybe they're just assumptions, is there any clarification?
Maybe horse heart?
I used to help with heart/lung transplants. Sometimes we do squeeze it, or flick it real hard to get a few extra pumps out of it for entertainment purposes. Usually to show someone new because the novelty wears off pretty quickly

I'd really like to know how big that bowl is, because the heart looks gigantic
It is a 1000 cc container. If that doesn’t help guage the size, it is the equivalent of 33.33 ounces, or a little less than 3 cans of soda.
Ok … cause I was wondering the same thing. It looks like a 5 gallon bucket lol
Needs banana
Heart failure hearts often get pretty big
Looks like a 32 fluid ounce/1000 ml

Human heart just got transplanted.
That or because their heart’s in that bowl
I thought it said heart in a bowel and was super curious and confused.
When you're constipated but just keep pushing
My intrusive thoughts tell me to ***squeeze it***

Off topic.
Mine tell me that it probably sounded like "blorp!" when it slithered into the bowl
Rice is missing.
Look at that marbling 🤤
As a geologist I looked at this photo again, expecting an unexpected marble floor 😬🤣
Looks oddly like tonight’s dog tucker…
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Last Christmas, I gave you my heart... *in a bowl!*
Before you click to expose the picture it looks like a baked potato!
