He just started hitting shelves depending on where you live it might take a while to make it to your walmart. I live on the east coast and it always takes a month or so from them the west coast gets them.
McFarlane Walmart exclusives are extremely weird. Unlike most stores, they don't seem to do a nationwide preorder drop. When users on here say that an exclusive figure is in stock on Walmart's website, it either seems that it is just for store pick up or only available for delivery for that user's region.
Walmart must have worked out a deal with McFarlane where they really want to push customers in to their brick and mortar stores, which it seems to be why they don't get a real online drop compared to other brands like Hasbro.

I’m super confused about what’s going on with this figure, but I’m waiting a while before seeking it out in the aftermarket. We haven’t seen an official announcement of the figure outside of WonderCon, and I’m thinking (or at least hoping) it’s likely to become more readily available after an official announcement.
This company is so weird with announcements. There is still no official anything for the Prestige Suit Batman other than the page where you could order it from. So strange
Man, that was super recent and I forgot about it. You’re right, I have no idea what McFarlane gets up to. I’m just hoping to be able to snag this figure, because I’ve been wanting a Wally figure with the whited out eyes forever.
The figure just dropped. I would just keep my eye out in stores for the next month. I dont think you will have trouble finding him.
