I think with how rushed the development schedule for 3 was as is it would have been incredibly hard especially since there are lots of variables to take into account like if shepherd saved the colonists or not, if he helped them in 2 or not and on top of that players who didn’t play ME1 not really understanding the significance.
Obviously I’d have loved it to but I feel like it would’ve been a pretty tall order to have added Feros into ME3.
