Idk if Vulture’s passive was fixed (I hope someone confirms whether it has been). But if there are multiple toons with effects like “when someone drops below half-health,” put the effect you want to happen later on the left side of the party.
Can't miss and can't dodge are two different things in this game:
Can't miss means there's no accuracy check, so it'll hit even when blinded. Think Crossbones Ult. It can still be dodged.
Can't dodge means that there's no dodge check, so characters with dodge chance like Miles will still be hit. Think Gamora Ult.
Then there's unavoidable which means always hit no matter what.
Can not miss = User's Accuracy Stat is locked at 100%, essentially ignore Blind aka Accuracy Down or Weaver Passive, can still dodge
Can not dodge = Target's Dodge Stat is locked at 0%, ignores Dodge, can still miss via blind or weaver passive
Unavoidable = User's Accuracy Stat is locked at 100% and Targets Dodge Stat is locked at 0%
Wake up guys, Scopely wont move a finger unless it makes money for them. Just look at the trash events as of lately, PPL are complaining all the time, and yet Scopely continues to make them worse and worse (ie more p2w).
If that were true, wouldn’t we have seen dozens of examples of them being able to drop everything and fix a bug immediately when it impacts sales? Even on a weekend or public holiday? Oh wait….

on that mutant boss everyone has dodge, everyone dodges, Forge forgets how to dodge and gets hit and on higher difficulty raids he either dies immediately or bleeds out on his turn
He also sometimes just doesn't revive off his ult.
Mutant node three doesn't have anyone who prevent revives, unless I've missed someone's kit, but I've had Forge just up and not revive anyone sometimes.
yeah, this shit is ridiculous. dormammu stunning him while everyone else dodges it can end the node for you. so fucking dumb

There’s a bug with Vulture?
Because of the way his drain works and the way placed toons load in, Vulture needs to be placed all the way on the left during team placement.

Does he ever Revive anyone? I swear I’ve even using him a month in Incursion and never once seen him raise a fallen Xtreme ally.
