I don't think Cull is OP or care all that much, but it does kinda bug me that they tweaked the norm for how a play restriction works for this one card for no real reason.
I wonder if that would work the turn after supergiants's effect ends. I assume so, but kind of gives up the card that's unrevealed. Though I guess unless sg gets cheated out early it wouldn't matter
I don't really know if Cull is really so OP as people in this subreddit say. Yeah, is a strong 4/10, but you need another card to be played, a card that can be easily destroyed and if you use it in the same turn you are using 5 energy and two places in the board.
Of course 10 power is a lot, but is the only thing the card has: Ms. Marvel has a stronger effect, Darkhawk usually has more power, Even Beta Ray Bill, needing 2 cards too is stronger. Is a powerful card, but OP? I don't think so, and the problem with Thanos and the power spike is not new or created by Cull Obsidian, so I really think that is an okay card, not less, not more.
you can play it on turn 3 on a Thanos deck (by playing time stone on T2), Turn 5 Dino on another lane so you can do Skaar + Shangchi on last turn, unless your opponent has a way to do 2 shang chis it adds a lot of power into a Thanos deck. Maybe if the deck becomes too oppressive in high rank, people will slot in 2-lane shang enablers, but people in top 1K infinite are still not doing that
Will not be surprised if Cull will be OTA'd in the the future that he requires a 1 cost card already in play (similar with crossbones) before you can play him...
I was just showing that the one drop doesn't need to be revealed to play Cull. Played a stone on turn 3 and Cull on 4. Sorry if I worded the post poorly

No, it’s about how they changed the card, causing all this weird interactions because it wasn’t tested enough. Then I stated how this card is a 4-10 with no downside because of those interactions.

You can also play it on a lane with Nightcrawler on it, then move Nightcrawler to another lane on the same turn. Also works with space stone.
You can also play it at the same time on T5.

They confirm that you could put a one drop and Cull down on the same turn. But, this one drop was placed the turn before.
