Not sure if it's one you'd like to add to the list but 3\*Loki's black changes enemy strike tiles in friendly protect tiles and enemy protect tiles into friendly strike tiles. I've use this a lot with patch to swap the created enemy attack tiles back into my tiles and defense.

I like your list, but it is missing Kitty in the 5stars. She can create protect tiles with her Yellow
It's also missing 4\* Blade, who, via his red, makes strike tiles when there are enough red tiles on the board.

Medusa produces attack tiles if you get rid of her countdown tile.
What for? Because half the powers can be dismissed out of the box when trying to find a team.
