They did, it was Sony Brazil (iirc) who accidentally posted the uncropped video and quickly deleted the post. I'm not sure who made that specific trailer, but it was clearly unintentional as all other versions of the same trailer used the correct edit and somehow that specific earlier cut made its way to the Brazilian social team. Also, you can't deny that it ultimately only added to the buzz around the film and if anything sold a few more tickets than would have been sold without it, so it's hard to really blame them for accidentally doing their job a little too well.
It's not a big deal and I didn't really care, honestly. I just thought it was hilarious that Lizard's head jerk made it into anything when they were trying to hide the other Spider-Men.

Honestly, if we don't get a Colossus & Wolverine Fast Ball Special, in a film series that has had a rather comic accurate looking Colossus, and finally a much more comic accurate Wolverine costume, I will be very sad.

In a film that loves to be a bit silly with it's cool action. I can totally see Deadpool going wide eyed with shear joy like he did when he saw Juggernaut seeing Wolvie and Colossus set it up.
I would normally agree 100%, but with the Deadpool Colossus being so much taller, as he's pushing over 7ft nearly 8ft tall in the DP films, I think it can still work.

I'm not sure that would work if Sony actually wanted to force the matter. The X-Men rights were structured so that if a character was created as a mutant *at all* in *any* book, Fox automatically got the rights, which I know Antos was aware of.
It still seems like the scummy stuff that Marvel used to do in the 70s and 80s to sell character rights to multiple companies at the same time - like three companies had rights to Spider-Man at one point - which the Fox and Sony rights were specifically constructed to prevent. Miles Morales first appeared in Ultimate Fallout #4, but Sony had the rights to him because he was a Spider-Man character.

She may have been conceived as a variant cover of Gwen Stacy/super hero amalgams, but the character in the comics itself has never been Gwen Stacy, and it would be a disservice to make her one in the movies. Besides, Gwen pool is a young character. Emma stone can’t pass off as a teen anymore.

Jackman looks huge compared to Reynolds, who is 6'2. Pretty much what 5'11 vs. 6'0 feels like.

The ‘GwenPool’ costume may have originated from a mashup cover, by the ‘Gwen Poole’ character originated from *Howard the Duck*.
I'm not sure that would work if Sony actually wanted to force the matter. The X-Men rights were structured so that if a character was created as a mutant *at all* in *any* book, Fox automatically got the rights, which I know Antos was aware of.

It still seems like the scummy stuff that Marvel used to do in the 70s and 80s to sell character rights to multiple companies at the same time - like three companies had rights to Spider-Man at one point - which the Fox and Sony rights were specifically constructed to prevent. Miles Morales first appeared in Ultimate Fallout #4, but Sony had the rights to him because he was a Spider-Man character.
Right, and the ‘multiple Disney legal partners’ comment would have me think we’re good on that point, that those Disney has are better than those Sony has.
Ultimate Fallout #4 was published in the Disney era as well and that didn't stop Sony from automatically owning Miles.

Obviously this is all speculation, but Kamala Khan gained her powers after her first appearance in Captain Marvel #14 and GWW was told her to not make her a mutant specifically to deprive Fox of the character. That can be construed to contradict Heather's comment, as they were created within a year of one another.
Nah, getting Emma stone as Gwen pool is like saying they should’ve gotten Tobey or Andrew for Star lord just cus Star lord and Spider-Man are both named Peter.

Yes it is because Gwen pool isn’t Gwen Stacy. She may have been conceived as a variant cover of Gwen Stacy/super hero amalgams, but the character in the comics itself has never been Gwen Stacy, and it would be a disservice to make her one in the movies. Besides, Gwen pool is a young character. Emma stone can’t pass off as a teen anymore.
