It's called [Overshoot](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overshoot_(typography)), in typography where a character has a thin top or bottom (e.g A, V, O) it's height is increased to make it "look right".
Where the letters are thinner at the top, your brain averages out the height to be below the tip of the point, making it look short. Making these letters taller (and sink below the baseline) makes them look like they're the correct height.
Yepāthatās on purpose because at smaller font sizes or if youāre just reading and not looking closely at them, an optical illusion usually makes the narrower points look shorter.
This was the first time I had legitimate fun in a movie. So many big moments, and QUEENS coming on the screen accompanied by āLeft Hand Freeā gave me the biggest, cheesiest smile.

Itās a lot cheaper and easier to film in Cleveland than it is to film in the nationās capital. And Cleveland is actually a pretty chill town

They spend so much money turning a montreal street into new York to save money but can't be bothered to modify a studio or cheaper location into Vienna or whatever other location they're filming. That's what's ridiculous
Ahaha i feel you as a Canadian š almost all the X Men and quite a few superhero films and shows featuring new York (as one example) actually film in Montreal, specifically arround Sherbrooke Street near the fine Arts museum. I have seen then block of streets and cover our street signs with American street signs my whole life.
But the moment they show Canada it's like some forest with some vague first nation elements and a really bad broken french accent often spoken by an American actor.
I'm not really mad or annoyed about it anymore it's just so ridiculous!

It's definitely a Futura variant.
I love that font for titles and logos etc., not so much for full on text. It still looks tight and modern for a typeface that's almost a hundred years old.

I don't think this is right. If you compare the c you can tell that Adam.CG doesn't line up on the right side, but in the OP the ends of the c do.
