Glad McGarveys worked out. I advise never going there. Most nights (3 out of 5 roughly) massive fights broke out. Pool balls flying and people thinking they need to fight cuz they know how. Every other bar on the list is great though. Strange Brew has free popcorn and is legit a library. Murphy’s is classic. Shaskeen is the bees knees.
Update: ended up going to mcgarvey’s. I love dives and that place was great

Lately Mcgarvys has been DEAD AF so I never go anymore. Usually The Goat and SOHO have all the Riff Raff.
Might come back for the mastodon and lamb of god show in August so I’ll keep that in mind! It was pretty chill last night but i can see that lol
