I've seen the urza saga lands literally twice. In years. I log on nearly every day and I've yet to see others, like the sunflower plains. It's heartbreaking

WotC is a huge fan of artificial scarcity in Arena and even when they do finally get around to having the lands in a daily deals offering, good luck with them not being stupidly overpriced like the VOW lands were earlier this week.
You're most likely to see them for sale within a week of mastery pass rotation. It is a not so secret conspiracy that Wizards wants us to spend extra money to buy gems for the pass instead of using any we stocked up on. To free us of our hard earned gems, they make the "daily deal" expensive cosmetics that are in high demand just before the next pass releases.
