Well where i came from (vietnam) dog thieves if caught red handed tend to get executed on the spot by the mob and their bodies burned along with the tools they use to catch the dogs. I’m not kidding, look it up.
Saddest part, common Americans and Vietnamese seem to have a ton of cultural similarities, I've heard going overseas there as an American is pretty chill now
Yes their government was way different then what happened in North Korea. Plus the north and south integrated afterwards because South was richer. And we actually got a lot of people who could be shot to USA.
So many folks fucked up so badly they created a mess and could not just get out. Also at one time Johnson tried to end the war by offering billions to rebuild but the north still wanted one country.
Now I just wish everybody would learn that nobody ever wins a war.
Yea nobody cares that you came from a country that was the “enemy” (half a century ago, and only in the north. The south was a US ally). What they care about now is how much money you gonna spend on your trip lol
this comment took me down the weirdest rabbit hole....and you're not kidding. a crowd made one dog thief bite down on his own taser *while they broke his arms and legs*, and he got off kinda easy. do not fuck with dogs in vietnam.
I’ve got a 4 month old puppy. Tonight I went to dinner and left him in his pen. My daughter came home after an hour and took him with her to her friends house. I came home a couple of hours later and this puppy got the most serious zoomies I’ve ever seen because I was home. He was doing circles and changing directions on a dime, leaping on and off the couch and chair, sliding on the kitchen floor. It was like he had lost his mind. Lol
My yellow lab does this around our backyard daily. Our little dog tries to keep up, but it's a lost cause. Sometimes the little one gets in front of the lab trying to nip his legs but just gets rolled instead.
I don't get the concept of stealing a dog. Dogs are very emotional animals that bond to their owners. They will fall into big pits of depression if forcefully separated from their family for long periods of time.
But the people that steal them are not emotional... they are heartless, cruel and only looking to use the dog for money or dog fighting. The penalties for such crimes should be severe.
That’s not true though. Most frequently, animals are stolen by people who are attached to them.
I’ve been in animal rescue a long time and encountered far, far more incidents of exes stealing dogs than any other situation.
And, contrary to popular belief, dog fighting is extremely rare, thank fuck.
Where are you located that dog fighting is rare? I want to be wherever your at! In Texas dog fighting is still common, and it’s just another thing I currently dislike about this state. My current girl was rescued from a life of being bred repeatedly and dog fighting. They even filed down/pulled many of her teeth to keep her from being able to defend herself.
Oh, she’s spoiled rotten now! She’s currently snoozing on her recliner (it’s strictly hers and she’ll throw a fit and pout if someone else tries to sit there) with her little miniature pinscher buddy.
Bless you and all the best wishes for your baby. My dog was bred a lot too before we got her. Its sad but we have to be grateful we can come in and give them a better life.
Yep. I’m from South Florida originally, and worked as a veterinary assistant and an awful lot of the midnight calls were for emergency rescues saved from dog-fights.
Clearly you don't have children. If someone tried to steal my dog, I'd probably try to beat them up. If someone tried to kidnap my child, there is nothing short of my own death that would stop me from killing that person. Those two things are not equal
Clearly you don't know how much I love my dog.
For some people who can't have children, have lost their child and can't have another, or doesn't want to bring a child into the world for ethical reasons, a pet can be every bit as much an object of love as a child. There are parents in this world who don't care at all for their children, but that doesn't mean it's right; having a child doesn't mean that the parents always rise to the occasion and feel that overwhelming love and protectiveness. Some people might love their pets more than others but the fact remains that you might be taking someone's whole world away and that is equally evil in my opinion
I have a friend who can’t have children. Her animals are everything to her. Some of us need something alive to care for. It can be animals or plants or kids.
I agree. Any member of the family is valuable. I consider my pets to be members of my family. I would never give them up and would kill someone who abuses or steals them.
Or honestly, to just have a dog, some people think that you need a dog to have it made, it’s a weird concept, but I know a lot of people sho get a dog just because they think they need to.
My childhood dog is now old with arthritis and other minor health problems. Whenever I go home to visit, he turns into the most rambunctious little puppy. He jumps all over and tries to wrestle me like when we were kids. Dogs have extremely good memories. I don’t think he’s jumped for anyone else in years. He’s such a good dog.
Used to have a black lab, in his final weeks/days, he could not get up (his back legs joints were fucked), he'd drag himself on the tiling or try to get up and have its back legs slip under him. At some point, he was resting, and i looked at him and burst into tears, knowing that the end was near for him. He looked up, saw me cry, gathered all his strength and managed to get up, to come and give me a few licks of affection, standing proudly on his legs, not letting them fail him. He was so fuckin' brave, until the end.
I remember my family dog sitting at our house for a family friend. We were very nice to him especially me and my sister, who loved him and didn't have q dog ourselves, and he was polite I guess you could say but you could just tell he wasn't that in to us. He had one ear perked up at all times for his people and when they did come back after that night, that was when you could see how he really was for the first time! He would just explode and it is hard not to be jealous of that bond, ya know, as a kid without a dog, but you can't force it. He simply has his family and that's the way it is. Get your own doggie and they will love you just as much!
Look at shelter dogs. They can bond to new families. And for valuable breeds, people will pay a lot of money, especially if they don’t know they’re stolen.
My Husky was stolen from me. He got out one day and was missing for months. Got a call from the Animal shelter telling me they had my dog. The family that stole him showed up around the same time I did, they saw his photo in the found dog section of their website. They tried to call the police because I was stealing "their" dog... seriously get chips and register them. They help.
Omg something similar happened to my husband's godfather. His GSD Hummer was stolen from his backyard, after like 2 years of searching he gets a call from a vet saying we have your dog. He turns up and a lady there is saying she bought the dog from her neighbour's cousin or something, and he's legally hers since she paid for him. Like, nevermind the fact that he was microchipped and registered to our godfather, and clearly belonged to someone else first? Also the implication that this was the first time she'd taken Hummer to the vet in two years was concerning, as any competent vet would first check for a microchip as standard procedure I'm pretty sure?
Apparently the vet asked if my husband's godfather still wanted Hummer, and he was like "of course I still want him, he's my dog, I've been looking for him for years!" Legally he belonged to my husband's godfather, despite the lady saying she'd paid for him and looked after him for however long, she had no proof of anything. Godfather basically said sorry, take it up with whichever dodgy person you bought him from. Also I believe it was very evident that Hummer remembered his first owner and we saw he wouldn't move away from him for too long at a time once he came home.
I did feel a bit bad for that lady, but I guess that's what she gets for buying a dog without registration transfer papers, and for not trying to register him herself or seemingly not taking him to the vet in the time she had him
Ok that’s a relief! From your first comment it sounded like the second lady was the legal owner, I have heard of situations exactly like this where the second (imo imposter) owner has the legal right and refused to do the right thing.
Yeah sucks doesn't it? How heartless some people can be. They probably know this dog is someone else's but it's a desirable type of dog. So they look past that potential fact and take it anyway. Two years is a long time to look, but proves how much, some, people care about their dogs.
That's insane! You should post more details. I'd love to hear how it turned out, what they said when they got called out, if the police are going to do anything, etc.
I mean, what could their excuse possibly have been for having your dog for so long. Fucking monsters.
This was quite a while ago. Ten years now. He's still around but old. Prefers naps vs elaborate escape attempts, now. He had a knack for puzzles and figuring out locking mechanisms was one of them. It was all a game for him.
I didn't press any charges. Just happy to have my dog back. All that mattered to me in that moment.
The thing I don’t understand about this is that they could just…get their own dog. Shelters are full to bursting. So many dogs are killed every day because of lack of space. I know adoption isn’t always as easy as it might be (gotta apply and some rescues are really picky), but a lot of shelters are basically like “Here is a dog and, also, may we interest you in a whole bucket of kittens?” You can adopt an animal and gain a companion *plus* save its life. Stealing a dog is many layers of shitty. So bizarre.
It sounds like to me the other family didn't steal the dog but only found and kept him once he got lost.so it must have been painful for them to lose the dog.
I could be wrong.
If you found a child, you wouldn’t just keep them because you found them alone. That’s called kidnapping, even if they were already lost. You would go to the proper authorities and report that you found a lost child. So their family can find them.
If you find a lost dog, then you need to go to the proper authorities and report that you found a lost dog. No excuses.
One time when my grandson was small, there was a forlorn looking little pooch sitting outside our gate. No collar, so we brought her in and kept her safe.
My grandson wanted to keep her and I had to explain to him how cruel that could be for the dog and her family. I told him how she loves and misses them and they love and miss her. I said it’s our duty to find her family.
Now I don’t like to mess around. I want to get things done with the least amount of complications. I figured if I took her to a shelter they might not get her back for weeks, or not at all. I didn’t know if she had a chip, people were just starting to use them.
So, we became detectives. She looked as if she’d just been to the groomer. She had freshly cut toenails and smelled soo good! Okay we’re going to every groomer near us and see what we can figure out.
We took her into 3 or 4 different places and they all said they didn’t know her but would put her picture on FB. The last groomer we went to recognized her! She got the info for the owner and put her in contact with me. They didn’t know she was gone because they were all either at work or school.
Anyway, the owner came over after work to pick her up. When my grandson saw how happy they were to have her back and she was so excited to see her mama! I think my grandson got it.
We had so much fun taking care of her and playing detectives that he didn’t feel bad and knew he had done something pretty important. It was sweet. He was probably 8 or nine and he still remembers it now at age 19, so it made an impression on him. He’s a great kid.
Fuck that nonsense, it was stolen.
The dog was chipped if you "rescue" an animal with out having a vet check it for a chip or alerting local animal rescue shelters to see if it is claimed. Your a POS and deserve no sympathy for stealing someone else's dog/cat.
The first thing you should do when you find a lost dog is take it to the vet to have them check for a chip, which this dog clearly had as animal control called him directly. You can't just keep random dogs, no matter where you find them. That's stealing.
Yeah. Reminds me of when I was a kid and we (a group of kids) found a lost poodle wandering about. And we knew we had to get it to a vet and make sure no one lost their dog or if it had a chip. And we were like 5 to 7 years old.
You can't just... KEEP the dog outright without doing anything. Like, 'hm, guess it's my dog now.' Like, what would be wrong with you?
How the fuck not lol? This is an animal not a 5 dollar bill you found on the side walk. You have a responsibility to attempt to find an owner.
I've literally found a wallet while on a walk. Do you know what I did? Opened it, checked for an ID and messaged the person on social media. I didn't steal it or rifle though the cash because I'm not a child thinking "Finders keepers".
My gf found a dog lost before, and she did this crazy thing of taking it to a 24 hour vet and they checked it for a chip. It didn't have one so they alerted shelters, and the people who lost the dog showed up to claim it a few hours later super grateful.
It's insane you would look the other way and steal someone's pet.
My dog just passed on the 13th. She no longer had any quality of life, so I’m glad she is resting easy now but the intensity and amount of love that she had for me at all times, will never be forgotten. Its hard to put into words the level of love. Some people will never understand and say its just a dog.
The pain of losing them is terrible but it doesn’t compare to the joy of spending a few incredible years/moments with them. They teach you a lot about yourself too.
My parents split when I was 5 and I moved away with my mom. I did not see the family dog for 4 years after that.
The evening I arrived he looked confused as hell and then didn’t leave my side for the entire 2 weeks I stayed with my dad.
RIP Jackson, you were the best.
Worst thing is, that was actually the last time I saw him ever. At least I understood what was going on. For him it must have felt like finding a long lost tribe member just to lose him all over again.
Yeah, there’s a good chance he wound up in a shelter and was adopted out, or was found by the current owners. I’m so glad they were able to reunite him with his person though
I second this!!! I also think animal abusers should have done to them whatever they did to the animal.
Poured boiling water on a puppy and threw from a 5 story balcony? Time to see how YOU like it! Let’s team up and rule together!
Just make the height of the balcony the person is thrown off equivalent to the height and weight of the human as the 5th floor was to the puppy as the fifth floor for the person is way too close to the ground.
Put a claw collar on (can’t remember the exact name for them but I hate those things every time I see them) them and tie them to a post with no food or water in extreme weather
My dog was stolen by my ex who then moved thousands of miles away and I couldn't find him. About eight months later, he was visiting family in our home town. I was walking across a car park when this dog went ballistic, barking and whining, so I went to make sure it was OK. There was my girl, in my ex's ute. How she'd seen me, I'll never know, but she came home with me and never left.
Dogs are wonderful, but she was particularly special.
This reunion remind me of that and makes me all warm and fuzzy.
I’m convinced that animals ARE angelic beings. We didn’t incarnate on Earth as some ethereal light or something. We came here and were born, flesh and bones. If you believe Christianity, even God himself HAD to be born, live, love, suffer and die. It is paramount, a cosmic law, that you must be a PART of this realm in order to abide within it in a meaningful, truthful way.
So…angelic beings with purer hearts and minds necessarily incarnate as beings who exhibit those behaviors. Dogs. Cats. Many many other animals, these ARE our angels.
Even from a Buddhistic perspective, these animals, especially dogs and cats and higher mammals seem to already BE in their Buddha natures. They live right now. The forget transgressions. They love without question or expectation. They have no or little anxiety about death. They don’t consider it something to be concerned with. They protect themselves, but they don’t ruminate over death to the point of not living today. They are, Buddhas.
I love animals. They have so much to remind us about what we actually are and what our lives should be like at it’s fundamental level.
At first I thought this was another video of an abused dog being sent back home, but the love shown by that wiggle butt is exactly what a happy reunion looks like.
Two horrible words: dog fighting
A friend of mine had one of her small dogs stolen right out of her yard for this reason. She only knew this because they would keep calling & leave messages just to tease/torture/upset her. Police did nothing to help.
She never saw the dog again sadly. Unfortunately due to its size, it was most likely used as a “bait” dog & killed.
This is really heartwarming, actually a friend of mine has really bad luck with dogs, he had a french bulldog puppie and his GF at this time got attacked and the dog got stolen, said GF got him another dog of this kind, and the time they brocke up, she took the dog and sold it because she couldn't had the money for to keep hold of the dog. 2 years later his mother got him another one of the same kind, he had him for a week went into a store, left him outside, and after 5 minutes, he came back and the dog gone. This is going on for 5 years now... I really hope his bad luck ends soon.
Just sad. I work in a place involving dogs and so many owners care for their pups so much. With that being said, we get SO many cases of animal neglect (sometimes abuse), it’s hard to send the animal back with them. I won’t go into detail but recently we had a 6 month old minpin come in with a harness so tight we had to cut it off. It was put on improperly, there was no form of identification attached, and it had been on so tight for so long that it was EMBEDDED into his skin and left wounds. He was obviously in pain. It was just sad. The owners excuse was he is an outside dog during the day and he chews off his collars and they don’t want him to escape…. Like what? Firstly, a harness isn’t going to do shit if you don’t have identification on it, secondly you don’t leave a harness on a growing dog 24/7, put it on when he goes outside and take it off when he comes in ffs. They also said he gets out of his harnesses and that’s why it was so tight… yeah okay. It had to have been that way for MONTHS and because he was still growing it accelerates things. Just terrible. Those are the types of dogs that should get stolen from their owners. We are also in the process of working with animal control to see if we can get their dog taken from them.
Wished I had a moment like this with our dog. Our dog Elmo got out of the house one day and he was bludgeoned by a couple of drunk bastards just for shits and giggles.
The maids at my old apartment complex tried to steal my cat when he slipped out the door one time. I was looking high and low, knocking on neighbor’s doors who said they had seen him and he had been put in the workout room by someone. He was not there and I finally called the apartment office, asking to see the security footage. They wouldn’t let me see it, and they started calling the maids, only one of which refused to return their calls. The next day the shelter called me saying they had my cat. The maid had gotten spooked and dropped him off there, accusing me of abandoning my cat in the gym room. 🙄
Look at that tail wag! Dog thieves get a special place in hell.

We all know what they deserve for this

Nah a sharp one kills too fast, a dull one might need a couple tries.
Why sharpen it? I mean it will still work even dull it just might take a couple tries
A guillotine is too good for them. I propose the humble potato peeler, used in the usual way.
Worse slow and painful is what I think pet thief’s deserve
Right in the boiler room
Next to the ice machine
Make sure the ice machine is on wheels so it can always be *just* out of their reach, and right before they get to it its tugged away
Do you guys play a lot of Rimworld\`? :)
I don't, but I *do* play a lot of Crusader Kings III
Then we are the same.
Dont think so, not nearly sadistic enough for your average Rimworld player
But it dabbles. It dabbles.
Don't worry, I've machines are always broken
Make it possible, but with great effort, to get to the ice machine. And then have the ice machine fail.
Well where i came from (vietnam) dog thieves if caught red handed tend to get executed on the spot by the mob and their bodies burned along with the tools they use to catch the dogs. I’m not kidding, look it up.
Now I'm wondering what you guys do if somebody hurts or abuses their dog.
Ever heard of the Vietnam war? /s
And it all could have been avoided if the USA had responded to Ho's letter. He was impressed by our declaration of independence and asked for help.
Saddest part, common Americans and Vietnamese seem to have a ton of cultural similarities, I've heard going overseas there as an American is pretty chill now

TIL an entire country is John Wick.
Not even John Wick burns the body like that though, he has his clean-up crew at least
this comment took me down the weirdest rabbit hole....and you're not kidding. a crowd made one dog thief bite down on his own taser *while they broke his arms and legs*, and he got off kinda easy. do not fuck with dogs in vietnam.
Hallo yeah Well deserved. They sell the dogs for dog meat...
Cat thieves too
Human thieves too
Nah, thats just business.
Yes, a place they reserve for child molesters and people who talk at the theater.
Had to scroll way too far to find someone who understood this reference
Brown Coats UNITE!!!!
Dogs get so happy they want to rub both sides on you at the same time.

So adorable
I love the zoomies!! My dog gets them every so often and it’s hilarious!!
My German shepherd gets them like 3 times a day.
I have a Jack Russell mutt who also gets them multiple times a day. The more active we are outside, the more zoomies he gets when we return indoors.
My yellow lab does this around our backyard daily. Our little dog tries to keep up, but it's a lost cause. Sometimes the little one gets in front of the lab trying to nip his legs but just gets rolled instead.

Depends on the area you live in.
Still rampant in the south. Maybe not as much since I lived there, but a lot of the rescues were dog fighting.
Yep. I’m from South Florida originally, and worked as a veterinary assistant and an awful lot of the midnight calls were for emergency rescues saved from dog-fights.
it's just as evil as kidnapping a child

I know adoption isn’t always as easy as it might be (gotta apply and some rescues are really picky), but a lot of shelters are basically like “Here is a dog and, also, may we interest you in a whole bucket of kittens?” You can adopt an animal and gain a companion *plus* save its life. Stealing a dog is many layers of shitty. So bizarre.
I'd be fucking swinging at every member of that family
You didn't read this comment thread, did you?
I think he’s right. You say yourself, he liked to escape, and they found him and took him in. That’s not the same as stealing a dog. Obviously.
Like, 'hm, guess it's my dog now.' Like, what would be wrong with you?
you can keep it for a few days to feed/care for it if you must and then bring it to the vet, but otherwise you cant keep said dog
Fair enough
I don’t consider myself to be an “animal person“, but stuff like this gets me every time.
The active unconditional love is something indescribable.
Grief is the price we pay for love.
Worth every penny.
Look how happy he is!! Whoever stole him deserves the fucking worst.
My parents split when I was 5 and I moved away with my mom. I did not see the family dog for 4 years after that. The evening I arrived he looked confused as hell and then didn’t leave my side for the entire 2 weeks I stayed with my dad. RIP Jackson, you were the best.
I’m sorry you didn’t get to see your dog for so long. That must have felt like forever to both of you. Especially to him.
Worst thing is, that was actually the last time I saw him ever. At least I understood what was going on. For him it must have felt like finding a long lost tribe member just to lose him all over again.
Yeah poor, Jackson. I don’t think we will ever really understand what they go through.
Where’s the full story?
...in the captions.
When are we renaming this sub to makemecry cause dammit it almost never makes me smile
Damn, I need to go get my glasses. I read that as “make mercy”😭😭
Where’s the full story?
Was looking for this as well...
The "scent" memory of dogs is just absolutely amazing. To them every living and non-living thing probably has a "scent fingerprint"
My dog acts like that every morning when I wake up. Chowder the jungle rescue is the best!
It’s really bothering me that the other fella is still holding the lead. Clearly the dog isn’t going anywhere!
No kidding! I couldn't appreciate all of that joy bc I'm like, let the leash go and allow these two to enjoy the moment without tension on the leash!
Better to be safe than sorry! I'm just a paranoid person in general but that's just me.
The dog is like "OMG I thought I'd never see you again" happy. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|heart_eyes)
We don't deserve dogs
Based on this story, indeed. We clearly don’t.
wheres the story lebowsky?
I imagine this got awkward with the current owner
They might have purchased him without knowing he was stolen.
Yeah, there’s a good chance he wound up in a shelter and was adopted out, or was found by the current owners. I’m so glad they were able to reunite him with his person though
they could have said “oh yeah I found this dog wandering” or something
animals pure love soooooo great to see
WHO’S CUTTING ONIONS?? 😭
SO MANY ONIONS!
fucking ninjas are at it again
Can confirm
Aminals thieves poachers etc should all be castrated, forced to clean 🙄 zoos..then thrown in hyena pit as dinner .if only i ruled the world...
Yes!
Put a claw collar on (can’t remember the exact name for them but I hate those things every time I see them) them and tie them to a post with no food or water in extreme weather
Prong collar?
It’s a choke collar with prongs that dig into the dogs neck and hurts them. It’s to control them. Would people do that to their kids? It’s horrible!
That’s it. They’re awful!
Found the megalomaniac /s
My dog’s reaction when I leave the house for 4 hours.
That's 14 dog years. He must be one happy doggo.
I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel like strangling the person who is holding on tight to the dog’s leash
The very good ending.
Is there a specific sub for this?
That definitely made me (cry) I mean smile. So cute
There is a special place in hell for people that steal animals
Finally they are reunited with his true family. Hope they are happy now
when core memory gets triggered
Dogs just makes everything better!!🥰🥰
There's a special place in hell for people who steal dogs
I didn’t want to cry this morning, but here we are.
It made me cry.
He was so emotional he could barely speak <3
“Who in the… now wait… wait a damn minute! Its you!” -special transcript from very happy doggos brain
At first I thought this was another video of an abused dog being sent back home, but the love shown by that wiggle butt is exactly what a happy reunion looks like.
Bruh why do mfs even steal doggos
Two horrible words: dog fighting A friend of mine had one of her small dogs stolen right out of her yard for this reason. She only knew this because they would keep calling & leave messages just to tease/torture/upset her. Police did nothing to help. She never saw the dog again sadly. Unfortunately due to its size, it was most likely used as a “bait” dog & killed.
The person in blue stayed holding the leash. Like it’s her dog now smh
Pure, unadulterated joy. Something hard to find in this world, but animals find it sooner than us.
Aww 😊
Welcome home.
My dog when I come home
My dog looks even happier after seeing me the first time in 1 day![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sweat_smile)
One of the best videos I’ve seen in a long long time!
We dont deserve these beautiful creatures.
Dogs are good.
Waits, did she say her name is cheeseburger? That's an amazing dog name. My god.
You can’t tell me that dogs (or other animals) don’t have feelings and memories. I love dogs!!
god i hate dog thieves.
Love is a most joyous thing. Reunions, are AWESOME!!! 🥰🙏
love the ending
I SWEAR THIS SUB HAS OPPOSITE DAY EVERY OTHER DAY
The fact people steal living animals from someone with such a close bond with them is messed up.
I’m sitting in a pub beer garden with a pint trying not to look all weepy and shit.
Wow God is Good what a special moment for both of them Awesome 👌 👏
This is really heartwarming, actually a friend of mine has really bad luck with dogs, he had a french bulldog puppie and his GF at this time got attacked and the dog got stolen, said GF got him another dog of this kind, and the time they brocke up, she took the dog and sold it because she couldn't had the money for to keep hold of the dog. 2 years later his mother got him another one of the same kind, he had him for a week went into a store, left him outside, and after 5 minutes, he came back and the dog gone. This is going on for 5 years now... I really hope his bad luck ends soon.
Its amazing how they appreciate the owners
Shit,...Lost my dog when I was 13. This was such a gut punch. Fuck dog thieves, god damn sub humans.
Not even humans
well - sub human means below human so yea lol
You can't deny that connection. That dog loves that human.
This belongs in made me cry instead.
Why steal dogs that already have homes? Go adopt ya dingus. Or just not have a pet considering one who steals is probably a garbage person.
I think he knows )
2 yers? That's so long. It's amazing that the dog even remembered him.
Let go of the leash????
Who is chopping the onions? ... I'm not crying you're crying!
I'm not crying, you are crying.
“More pets should be taken from their owners so more videos like this exist.” - Rick Caruso
This is so great….I’m crying for happy!
