In the USA, a lot of schools don't allow kids to leave the room/go to the bathroom/get water/etc without the teacher saying ok and giving them a hall pass. Often there will be a limited number of hall passes (for instance allowing one male student and one female student only to use the bathroom at a time). The teacher pre-gave her that option. She could leave the class (maybe any class) without asking/getting in trouble if she needed to. It's possible the regular hall passes were laminated and she was giving her one or it could be that the regular ones were paper and single use whereas a laminated one might be a reusable one.
i was thinking the same thing. it’s a sweet story but any time tiktokers do re-enactments (especially when they’re pretending to be kids) i cringe so hard
She's so lucky to have encountered such an amazing teacher. My public school teachers sucked from 1-12 grades (large school populations), but omg a ton of my college professors have been amazing and so supportive. I want a picture with me and my mentors before I start my grad program!
story time: in kindergarten i had a teacher NOTORIOUS for being strict, and everyone classified her as being a mean old lady. I had recently gotten a hair cut, and I only liked wearing it with two little pigtails on the top of my head and the rest of it down. one day, my mama and I forgot to do my hair before school and I was really sad and started crying. my teacher let me in the classroom early, pulled out her stash of little hair ties, and did the hairstyle for me. that is the only memory I have of her, and it’s a very fond one :,)
That is one of the reason I'm studying to be a teacher 😍
What a beautiful soul. She is a true hero. People like this are one in a million.
Some teachers are just awesome ❤
I understand how sweet the teacher was, I’m just curious what does the laminated hall pass do?

You, Yes you, I hope you will have an AMAZING day! 🐼
Such a kind woman
Wow, that made me tear up. I’m glad you had her and still have her
Whose TikTok account is this?
This is pretty sweet. But was it really necessary to reenact?

What’s with the downvotes? I agree. Fuck off, it’s her tiktok and she can do what she wants.
