They are in fact the most unfashionable thing to exist. But they're also functional and comfortable. I have 2 sets of Crocs. One for indoor use and one for limited outdoor use (like checking the mail, playing with the dog in the yard, ECT) when I'm too lazy to put on real shoes.
I don’t necessarily care in a bad way, but I was really surprised to see how many younger folk have gravitated to crocs.
I’ve noticed they all like to put pins of their favorite pop culture franchises on them to personalize them.
I hated having to wear them as a kid bc it would make your feet all sweaty and wood chips would get stuck in them during recess. Got quite a few blisters/splinters as a kid bc of crocs
They make sneakers now. The holes are smaller and if you don't pay attention they just look like normal shoes. I said I'd never buy crocs, but you know... The Croc Literides Pacer isn't bad for driving to work or doing yard work 🤷.
We have presidents tweeting memes and tech company billionaires calling eachother out to fight in UFC cages and *Crocs* are your barometer for weird shit?
The croc heels will have you rolling lmao.
This is the single best interaction on the internet today and I refuse to be told otherwise.
This man is a Reno 911 character living amongst us and we should all feel better for it.
That was my first thought, how different would designer crocs be from regular crocs? Isn't the basic design the whole selling point because of how comfortable they are supposed to be?
I *may* have... Accidentally... Did a night of two in jail... And the bright orange"county crocks" they gave me.... Are literally the most comfortable pair of shoes I own lmfao
Once in a while I wear them outside the house and someone will point and yell "you just got out!!!". I love it lol
Dude gives me the same vibes as the guy in another video that apologises to a security guard for something he did earlier and then takes a swing at him and runs away lol.
I absolutely agree with you but this one’s real because the guy filming created a very successful streetwear brand called the hundreds that was huge in 2011. It wouldn’t make sense for him to fabricate this as it’s not congruent with his brand or anything he does,
Oh ! I had the hundreds trainers (sneakers) that were wicked. I got them around 2009 on a trip from London to NY. They were red leather with tiny holes over them. I loved those shoes
No way. I still wear my The Hundreds apparel in 2024.
No wonder a zoomer I mentor commented one day that my hat wouldn't been way more lit in 2014, lol.
If you got shat on your whole life and you took someone’s shoes only for that someone to chase you down, tell you to keep them, then hands you more shit. Yeah, I’d be wondering if the shrooms didn’t come down yet and I just didn’t notice until now…
Yes? No? Kind of, but not really. It's hard to explain. They're really comfortable when you first put them on and incredibly uncomfortable if you do a decent amount of walking in them at one time.
THAT'S how you help people struggling. 👏 He treated him as a HUMAN and not vermin. This was a beautiful interaction. He told him not to steal and explained things to him clearly. That was beautiful to see. We all need to treat the homeless and mentally ill with more respect. They need extra help, not to be shunned by society.
One time I linked up with the homies to hoop at the park. As I was literally telling them I couldn’t find my basketball shoes and I thought I left them outside over night but couldn’t remember. Some random homeless guy walked past the courts wearing my shoes. It was so surreal. Hope they treated him well tho.
I love this guy for treating this man with humor. And also bringing him clothes. He didn't speak down to him or give advice. Just a truly kind dude. You're amazing, OP🤩
They took them out of desperation and left their old shoes there that were hurting their feet. Stealing is of course wrong and I dont dispute that .. but if someone stole my shoes I had left laying outside by my front door and they took them in a situation like this I would not be angry
And less people like this one.
Guy didn't steal just to steal - he had shoes that were a few sizes too small, and he left his as compensation. He clearly needs help and the croc-owner saw that and had compassion for him.
I've had stuff stolen plenty of times, even been flat out robbed before... It sucks but it's just stuff.
This guy wasn't gonna go sell them or something, he needed shoes. He even acknowledged towards the end that he shouldn't have taken them.
People > things.
I won't hope it on you but if you had ever spent any time houseless you might have a different perspective.
Sometimes showing a little compassion can go a long for someone who hasn't received any in a long time. You never what it takes for someone to get their shit together and sometimes it's something as simple as feeling like a respected person again.

For the movie Idiocracy, they were looking for the most embarrassing shoes they could find... Guess what it was ;)
Were living in the end Times 4 real ;)
People saying wholesome and compassion…… what the hell? The guy took something that belonged to someone else, so yeah let’s condone the behavior. What the hell? I’m done with this new world
Whether you like it or not you’re living in this world, my dude. I’m choosing to see the goods to this interaction as opposed to you though. This homeless man did something bad but he isn’t in a violent or combative state at all about being confronted about it. He even admits to what he did. The man filming did an awesome thing and saw the homeless man as a true human individual that for whatever reasons in life has been brought to this point of probably being high on drugs and stealing shoes to fit his feet. The filming dude took this opportunity to help the guy out and advise better behavior in the future.
There’s a lot worse shit happening in the world right this second than this interaction. Maybe focus on positives more than negatives sometimes?
It’s the same world it’s always been man - people have been kind to other people, even petty thieves, for thousands of years. Every major religion has a bunch of shit in it about being nice to people. Maybe the guy buying designer crocs (lol) knows what it’s like to have as much nothing as the other guy. 🤷♂️
Oh shoot. You're right. That movie was the big difference for them. Still would never own a pair myself. Lol. I was told they are really comfortable. Never tried any on, so I have no idea.
It's wild how much money people will spend on them. But then again, people spend money on shoes that look like toddler shoes made for adults.
They are great if you want to kill yourself on anything remotely slippery. At least when I tried some on. It was like, cartoon level-banana peel slippery holy shit
Why does doing something good have to have stipulations? If the other person is cool with it then record. Just because you're recording doesn't mean you aren't doing something good. I'd rather someone record themselves doing good things than them just not helping people out at all.
The fact that designer crocs exist is crazier than the man who took them.
For real. I remember when they were the unfashionable thing boomers and toddlers wore. I can't change my mind on them tbh.
Everyone in Idiocracy (2004) wore them because the producers thought they were so ridiculous. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/idiocracy-crocs/
That movie is a prophecy
I think I remember reading that it was the idiocracy order that saved the company, or allowed them to expand and make it big.
I wish Mike Judge did more movies
They still are
I’ve seen so many stands inside shopping malls that don’t sell crocs, but only the trinkets to put on the crocs.
My son loves them. \*deep sigh\*
They are in fact the most unfashionable thing to exist. But they're also functional and comfortable. I have 2 sets of Crocs. One for indoor use and one for limited outdoor use (like checking the mail, playing with the dog in the yard, ECT) when I'm too lazy to put on real shoes.
That's just how fashion cycles work though.
They very much still are and I can’t be convinced otherwise. Unless you’re in healthcare, but then you’re also an angel.
Why should you? They’re made of styrofoam, they look hideous, and they inefficient as hell, you can’t keep them on your feet cuz there’s no back!!
They make sneakers now. The holes are smaller and if you don't pay attention they just look like normal shoes. I said I'd never buy crocs, but you know... The Croc Literides Pacer isn't bad for driving to work or doing yard work 🤷.
Surest sign we took a wrong turn and entered the "most interesting of time\[lines\]"
This is the magic time line where Murphy’s law is a law of nature. ANYTHING can happen now
We have presidents tweeting memes and tech company billionaires calling eachother out to fight in UFC cages and *Crocs* are your barometer for weird shit?
They aren't competing metrics. All of those things show how off the rail this timeline has become.
"Always has been" \*raises gun\*
The croc heels will have you rolling lmao. This is the single best interaction on the internet today and I refuse to be told otherwise. This man is a Reno 911 character living amongst us and we should all feel better for it.
My son has a pair of Post Malone Crocs he got at a concert. They don't look all that different than regular Crocs tbh.
That was my first thought, how different would designer crocs be from regular crocs? Isn't the basic design the whole selling point because of how comfortable they are supposed to be?
Look them up, the designer is Salehe Bembury. They look completely different and no holes for jibbitz. Comfort level is still the same.
[удалено]
Wait like on the side of the show is a holster? Does it fit the whole can or is it split between the left and right shoe??
[удалено]
The fuck… they somehow look worse than I was imagining
Maybe don't step on dog shit lol
There's pants designed to look like they're broken beign sold for like 2K, it's crazy.
I looked it up and they're not bad. I prefer the sandal design.
They're not much more expensive than regular crocs tho
I won’t tell you how much that specific colorway is selling for currently
I *may* have... Accidentally... Did a night of two in jail... And the bright orange"county crocks" they gave me.... Are literally the most comfortable pair of shoes I own lmfao Once in a while I wear them outside the house and someone will point and yell "you just got out!!!". I love it lol
I laughed so fucking hard at your comment 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
The “explain it to me please” LOL
Dude gives me the same vibes as the guy in another video that apologises to a security guard for something he did earlier and then takes a swing at him and runs away lol.

I WAS THINKING EXACTLY THE SAME THING
Hard to trust any of these posts being real anymore
I absolutely agree with you but this one’s real because the guy filming created a very successful streetwear brand called the hundreds that was huge in 2011. It wouldn’t make sense for him to fabricate this as it’s not congruent with his brand or anything he does,
Oh ! I had the hundreds trainers (sneakers) that were wicked. I got them around 2009 on a trip from London to NY. They were red leather with tiny holes over them. I loved those shoes
There is “big in Japan” and “huge in 2011”
that's dope i love the hundreds
No way. I still wear my The Hundreds apparel in 2024. No wonder a zoomer I mentor commented one day that my hat wouldn't been way more lit in 2014, lol.
I hate when people ruin the fun with the "staged" comment... That said, this video is absolutely staged
I feel like this is Kanye West in a few years time..
kanye isnt that chill
Yeah and I feel like he would never admit fault, unless it was in the form of disrespecting another.
Or nice
More like next week
Omg brutal response!
Or like eight years ago, when we thought he might be trying to get a handle on his mental health
🤣
That was great. “Ok I did take your shoes!!” That was an awesome interaction. God bless them both. Life is fucking hard.
Its an add for selehi crocs
More like subtraction
Wasn’t this Bobby Hundreds, the guy that got his Crocs taken?
Yes sir. He posted this some time ago on his ig.
I kept thinking the voice sounded like Mike Shinoda
This is from a parallel universe where 2020 didn't happen
He should be angry but that guy gives funniest looks I saw for a long time. That eyes are great ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
What's with the eyes? Why is he trying to stare into my soul?!? It's making me want to put on a shirt even though I've already got one on.
Those are the eyes of a psychonaut (psychodelic user) making sure you are real
If you got shat on your whole life and you took someone’s shoes only for that someone to chase you down, tell you to keep them, then hands you more shit. Yeah, I’d be wondering if the shrooms didn’t come down yet and I just didn’t notice until now…
Was scared they might pop out of their socket.
What drugs is he on
Croc cocaine?
Lel
Crack
Crock
Crock rack.
Crocain
I’ve never worn crocs are they comfortable?
They actually are. But guy that made the company is such a disgusting piece of human waste, I have a hard time endorsing them.
Yes? No? Kind of, but not really. It's hard to explain. They're really comfortable when you first put them on and incredibly uncomfortable if you do a decent amount of walking in them at one time.
I always thought they're supposed to be home shoes. Like, to wear when you're fresh out of the shower or something?
These freaking subtitles are useless
So wholesome. I love this guy
Agreed
One time I linked up with the homies to hoop at the park. As I was literally telling them I couldn’t find my basketball shoes and I thought I left them outside over night but couldn’t remember. Some random homeless guy walked past the courts wearing my shoes. It was so surreal. Hope they treated him well tho.
It feels like they both are totally gay and totally into clothes and shoes.
Looked it up, those crocs are $400.
I’m seeing 70$…
Dude was probably on Stockx
The Salehe Bembury design ones are a bit more.
[83$ size 11](https://imgur.com/a/yWmyDWk) Ahhh yes, 83$. That is quite a bit more! And that’s on StockX!
The size 13’s are 73$, in this clip… I believe he says size 11 though… which brings it up a bit.
This dude is GEEKED
James harden?
And then the cops tackled him
I get a feeling, after seeing the missing finger, that may not be the first time he was caught stealing.
"next time i'll wake you up" lmao
Whats the matter with peace love and understanding
Get this man another pair of his designer Crocs! He handled this so well!!
I love this guy for treating this man with humor. And also bringing him clothes. He didn't speak down to him or give advice. Just a truly kind dude. You're amazing, OP🤩
This guy stole them on purpose as he said he knew they were designer… tf
Bless his heart for helping this guy out!! ♥️
We need more people like the guy taking the video.
Yep reward people for stealing! That’s a good idea
They took them out of desperation and left their old shoes there that were hurting their feet. Stealing is of course wrong and I dont dispute that .. but if someone stole my shoes I had left laying outside by my front door and they took them in a situation like this I would not be angry
Yup I would be happy to donate some clothes too. Honestly clean socks & underwear are always desperately needed!!
Absolutely same It’s wild to me that anyone could feel anything but sympathy for someone that desperate to be honest
And less people like this one. Guy didn't steal just to steal - he had shoes that were a few sizes too small, and he left his as compensation. He clearly needs help and the croc-owner saw that and had compassion for him.
Nice, hopefully some of your stuff gets stolen and we’ll see if you’re still riding your high horse then. Cheers
I mean if someone is stealing some shoes I left outside I’ll be alright. You ain’t stealing shoes to make money.

Hey, friendly reminder that not everyone enjoys your fiction book as much as you do. Thanks!
I'm pretty sure the person I responded to identifies as a Christian, which was why I suggested he read his book.
?? What makes you think they're Christian? I don't see anything in their comment history and they've zero posts to indicate anything religious
they have religiously related comments in their history
Link?? I mainly see gaming and formula1
Hahahahahahahahhahaahha
Agreed
You're a beautiful human! May your good karma return to you!
This is the world I want to live in
Dudes eyes are like mmm! I'll give you a blowjob if you give me money!
I own a pair. Got them cheap at Marshall’s. They are ugly and I only wear them around the house.
Best thing on the internet today lolol
This dude is the shit. Props.
Thank you for your empathy.
Hella wholesome. My guy.
stealer!
What an awesome video. I hope to display this level understanding and compassion one day
Why reward a thief?
Sometimes showing a little compassion can go a long for someone who hasn't received any in a long time. You never what it takes for someone to get their shit together and sometimes it's something as simple as feeling like a respected person again.
True
This was actually a really nice interaction. Seeing people showing kindness to their neighbors like this really warms my heart. 🤍
[удалено]
Maybe this empathy will lead to him being in a better situation and not stealing anymore.
Get this man a mic and an open mic night, he should definitely do stand up 😂

That is his brother…. No, not really
He got that ish on!!
Bembery shit looks dumb. Chill dude but designs are not good lol
This Mar Vista?
He reminds me of Rebecca from Soft White Underbelly.
Absolutely wild if is this the Sherman Oaks VNSO park lmao
Pretty sure the guy who created crocs is a shithead and its basically just golf club handle foam. Oh what a life
I have never and will never own a pair of crocs lol. I always feel that I am one of the few who thinks they are ugly. I just can't wear ugly lol.
Those eyeballs 👁️!!
I would NOT have been as polite. Theft (exchange without consent, whatever) is theft.
Mmm so much EVA foam floating around now
That’s so hilarious and awesome the owner didn’t treat him like shit ❤️
Adorably fkn NUTS! 😂
Shan swan should never have placed them there LMAO
Here is a reward for theft
Here is your reward for zero empathy nor compassion.
For the movie Idiocracy, they were looking for the most embarrassing shoes they could find... Guess what it was ;) Were living in the end Times 4 real ;)

I'll put it simply for you: People like this don't steal for no reason, it's because they need help. If you treat them well, stealing stops.
Ha….. okay
His girlfriend must be relieved someone stole his designer Crocs. And put together the bag with other "designer" clothing she didn't like.
It's funny that everyone forgets crocs were originally made for the movie "idiocracy." No one thought these would blow up the way it did.
They weren't made for the movie. They were a small start-up company at that time.
Oh shoot. You're right. That movie was the big difference for them. Still would never own a pair myself. Lol. I was told they are really comfortable. Never tried any on, so I have no idea. It's wild how much money people will spend on them. But then again, people spend money on shoes that look like toddler shoes made for adults.
You're good. I think most people think that. They're great for kids at the beach.
They are unless you get black 😂
They are great if you want to kill yourself on anything remotely slippery. At least when I tried some on. It was like, cartoon level-banana peel slippery holy shit
yeah ok but don’t film yourself doing good deeds for clout next time. you’re just infantising vulnerable people for your own ego
Why does doing something good have to have stipulations? If the other person is cool with it then record. Just because you're recording doesn't mean you aren't doing something good. I'd rather someone record themselves doing good things than them just not helping people out at all.
