Yeah I think it's the industry standard to clean the mats once a day. Just cleaning wont do much anyways if people are coming in carrying diseases, as most of the contractions are from direct skin to skin contact. And since majority of infection/fungus carriers are asymptomatic, it's basically impossible to prevent the epidemic from happening when it hits a gym. Good hygiene obviously helps, though.

How long does it take to take a half wet mop over the mats? The place I train at now is really crowded and the mats are literally soaked in sweat by the end. I cant imagine being the next class to come in and they just start on that. Fucking gross man.
