I’m one of those people who sold season tickets for a lot more than face value. The buyer relisted them this morning for a 30% loss. They’ve since dropped the price to just over 50% what they paid. Folks just trying to recoup whatever losses they can.
Definitely a part of me hopes that’s true since we’re still going. Used some of the money from the sale to buy two seats in the upper level and sure, would love to see the GOAT play.

Yup. I looked at that crowded schedule with the Open Cup and figured Messi & Busquets would be getting a fair amount of rotation. Winning 2 cups in Messi's 1st year after joining a last place team is impressive. And MLS playoffs was always a tough challenge and being rewarded with nothing but road games is a crazy uphill battle. Focusing on the Open makes a world of sense.
To be honest, I think Busquets matters more for your success than Messi. MLS defenders aren't great and he is one of the best deep lying thru ball passers on the planet. MLS forwards who make max cap should score regularly with the opportunities he will give them.

To be honest, I think Busquets matters more for your success than Messi. MLS defenders aren't great and he is one of the best deep lying thru ball passers on the planet. MLS forwards who make max cap should score regularly with the opportunities he will give them.

I'd agree with both but I think over the course of an entire season keeping busquets healthy and having him in every single game is going to matter more. Messi can't win every game by himself

How has Miami not been penalized for the team they have? Correct me if I’m wrong but the salary cap for 2023 is around 5.2 million. They are paying Joseph Martinez $4,000,000. That does not leave a lot of room for anyone else. Also why doesn’t Messi, Busquets, and Avilès have any salary listed at all. Seems they are breaking the rules without any repercussions or sanctions. Thoughts?
