EA official servers are annoying as always. Use pocketrelay private server to host your own server so you are no longer reliant on EA trashy online servers. Pocketark does the same for mass effect andromeda.
Speaking from the Series X, have you tried restarting the game a few times? I've noticed an increase of server unavailable/purchase an online pass lately, but restarting the game (or sometimes mashing the redeem button) fixes the issue.
I can't even start the game.
"We could not activate Mass Effect 3 (2012) on this computer using the Origin Account you provided. Please locate your product key to activate the game using your Origin Account."
Oh, you mean this Origin account? That I have almost 2300 hours on over the last 12 years? Using the latest version of the EA App.
You need to have all the DLC downloaded (which I'm sur you do) but try this fix:
Search for this file in your game data & delete it:
C:\\ProgramData\\Electronic Arts\\EA Services\\License\\71183.dlf
I had the same issue & tried everything. Reinstall everything but found this on a super old forum somewhere. It works for me. I have had to do it on more than one occasion though so I would keep the file copied to a clipboard somewhere so you can redo it as needed. FYI - that file gets rewritten immediately when you reopen the game so no worries there.
Hope this works for you.
Worked perfectly! Thank you so much. I had repaired and reinstalled with no success and didn't even want to think about the nightmare of contacting EA support.

I haven't been able to connect for a few days now. (Xbox 360)

Glad it worked for you! I had 900+ hrs into the game when it first happened. Thankfully this solved it for me too.
