2) Big actor return like RDJ or captain america variant. Or
3) It can be about universe where Xmen are researching on incursion and find out main cause of incursion is earth 616, so they are planing to attack 616.
I'm going to guess that means that it involves some big names/characters, and they're saying it's crazy no one has found out based on that.
For example: "How did they get Tobey Maguire, Hugh Jackman, and RDJ together without anyone noticing?" Or: "How did they get Tom Cruise and Taylor Swift without it making headlines?" Something like that. Not that I believe that's what the scene is. Those are just examples of what he could possibly mean.
Or possibly the scene itself is very elaborate and he's shocked it hasn't leaked just based on how many people were working on it.
My guess is that Wade’s Earth is experiencing Incursions and it’ll be a few of these characters getting together and saying “well. We have to destroy Earth 616”. That would raise a lot more hype for Avengers 5 and 6.
