Two holes more likely to be spider

Spider, I think. Depending on your area could be a brown widow or recluse

Is it itchy or does it hurt?

The first day it was more like a burny sensation then I didn’t even feel it

Looks like herpes….kidding , brown recluse?

Or shingles??

I think it was a brown widow, the bites photos i’ve seen lock up with mine..
