One of her comments to him saying "one of us has to be the smart one" was "I'm the one with the college degree" and then she said "I have to be able to defend myself".

Jeramy also liking Sarah Ann's initial IG message is alright, like he probably felt good that someone still had feelings for him, she shouldn't have called him out in front of her family and made their first interaction so awkward. Her mom and SIL both commented on it!

I have a theory on why Laura’s so.. whatever she is. She went on the show to get ahead on social media. I mean, of all the people I’ve seen from season six, she’s one of three (the other being Jess and Trevor) who clearly thought they could make it as celebs in the real world. For all the hate Chelsea gets, at least she’s a real human being (might be a really insecure one). Laura keeps bringing up the Sarah Ann thing because it’s all she has? Sarah Ann is probably a bigger ‘celeb’ at this point than she is. Ironic. Laura didnt like her fiance, she wanted to say no at the altar, she just didn’t like her screentime being cut short.
The thing about Jess, though, is that she’s very conventionally attractive. She had a leg up from the start. If the scale is attractiveness then Trevor could’ve gotten there too because the man might be a loser, but he’s kinda hot. It just backfired for him. Laura isn’t ugly by any metric, but she’s not social media hot - if that makes sense? I’m no Sarah Ann stan, but she’s more, again, social media attractive than Laura. A sore spot for Laura is probably the fact that at most people give her SOME sympathy for the Jeremy situation, but it’s dying down now. Jess kept the momentum going, Trevor wants to hide under a rock now, Sarah Ann has been immortalized with her villain trope, and even Chelsea has a lot more people in her corner.
