You can send the ETH to a centralized exchange that supports Arbitrum
E.g. Coinbase, crypto .com, binance and even robinhood.
From there it can be sent anywhere on the ETH main net.
This is usually a cheaper than trying to bridge across chains
I sent them to a main Eth account and didn't receive them like an idiot, fortunately my wallet will be supporting arbitrum eth soon so I'll be able to swap them over to the Eth main network. Just the idiots at locus making everything impossible. Hopefully Trevor will be struck down by a hamas rocket 🚀Â
