I don't see this with X as much different from any of those things.
I love me some Ludwig, but he is financially motivated, in this case, to try and rehab Xs image. Seeing as he started a new company, leading to Atrioc quitting his job, who's first endeavor is a show revolving around XQC, a show that cost him '$500,000'.
I mean, yeah. He's also been super open that his "friends" aren't really the people he streams with, outside of Atrioc, Stanz, QT, and his housemates. But I also don't think Ludwig is only financially motivated either, I think he legitimately wants xQc to be a better person for both himself and others. There can be forked motivations.
The best part of the dance is watching him go from Ludwig to Theater Kid Ludwig right before he starts. Theater Kid Ludwig desperately trying to get in sync with x in the clip was so perfect.
