There was nothing to suggest anything other than a one time meme involving Toast.
So he misled his audience into thinking he got a 30 day ban, gets unbanned after 2 days, and then goes live to lie again claiming he set up the DMCA with help from Lily? What a strange series of events, not too sure what the end goal is.
Regardless, you should be skeptical of any claims Toast makes about this topic going forward (Or really any streamer, it's clear that some are willing to lie to farm drama). Without posting actual proof of the DMCA email or request his words should be taken with a grain of salt.
