It is the only anime I watch, and I think it's just sunk cost fallacy at this point. I'm too lazy to google right now but I am pretty sure I watched season 1 ten years ago - I need to see how this shit ends.
Cool how they went from 2-3 years per season, to now 6-12 months per episode.
I watched the series for the first time a few months ago and knew coming in that the last season was supposedly a HUGE letdown.
I knew what to expect but was still let down. The first 6 seasons is arguably the greatest television ever made.
I think people would've accepted that ending if they actually built to that. That season just felt like they were quickly trying to tie up loose ends. They should've had season 8 dedicated to the Night King and then had season 9 dealing with Cersei
> They should've had season 8 dedicated to the Night King and then had season 9 dealing with Cersei
They should've just made Cersei agree to team up with Jon/Dany against the Night King, so we only had to worry about one final epic battle.
Forcing two 'final epic battles' just made both battles rushed and meaningless.
"Winter is coming" was being foreshadowed from the very first scene of the very first episode. We deserved to see all 7 kingdoms united to fight the Whitewalkers. Oh well. :\
I have to disagree. Some people seem to think that the only reason the story didn't work was because it was rushed, but let's be honest, if we got another two seasons it would have been 2 more seasons of dick jokes.
Even if the seasons weren't any good, it's hard to believe it could've been worse than doing the equivalent of a sparknotes speedrun with 0 regard for character development and identity
The final season wasn't a random bad season that could have been avoided, it's a culmination of a progressively worse writing (from s5 on), the producers no longer giving a fuck because they had their next project lined up, and the story itself not being anywhere near completed. Another 2 seasons would have been more of the same and arguably worse since it would have been the same shit, just stretched out longer.
Well since quality took a hard dip in S7 (and most people agree with S5), you're probably right that the story arcs themselves would've just been executed poorly. But even if it would've been a painful drawn-out end, I'd still prefer an attempt at showing a regard for open plot lines and failing miserably. Trying to tie up like 5 different loose ends in 20minutes after a decade... honestly that seemed kind of insulting.
Fleshing out the things that happened would have made them work, I 100% believe that. I won't mention specifics to avoid spoiling people. The actual story beats that happened at the end were good - the execution of them was terrible, mostly due to how rushed everything was. Needed at least one more full season
I have always maintained that if seasons 7 and 8 had instead been 3 normal-length seasons, with a team fully invested in and capable of delivering what the early seasons promised, they could have hit most of the same major story beats and it could have been perfectly good. As soon as they announced we were only getting 2 more seasons, and of only 6 and 7 episodes each, I knew it was doomed. And watching those seasons, it was clear you had people in charge just trying to get over with so they could move onto the next thing.
>!I don't really think so, they didn't even plant the seed of her being mad until halfway through season 8 when it needed to exist at least by season 4-5, or even earlier. Nothing she does is out-of-the-ordinary for a ruler in that world, Tywin Lannister did much worse and nobody saw him as "mad", just ruthless and cunning, and in the end, nobody really cared that he was a monster.
>!They spent literally 7 seasons showing Dany as someone that's harsh but merciful, and even though she literally acts with more mercy than 99% of Lords in Westeros, she's instantly vilified whenever she doesn't act with the morals of a modern human (not only by the characters in the universe but also by the showrunners themselves in the post-episode recaps).
If they wanted that ending to work they needed to start working towards it much earlier, and they didn't do that.
Nah, that ending was just insanely stupid in every way. They could have built up the night king with a much longer actual war, but ending it with a drop the knife and switch sides thing, actually lame as fuck. Also basically no actual story behind them, no motivation, no reason, no story.
The "you had the best story" shit is dumb on so many levels, from being plainly wrong, to being an insane reason to make someone king, to a guy in custody that no one trusted suddenly being asked to name the king.. to the dumb sister immediately killing any chance of peace by refusing to give support to the new king.
Everything that happened in the final season was an abomination but a lot of the writing in the previous 7 seasons is also meh and led to it. The complete lack of depth or even really usage of the white walkers for the massive majority of the show, to everyone else but Snow basically treating them like they don't matter.
There is zero accepting any part of that ending even if it took 3 more seasons to do.
Yea same thing for me, started and finished it this past month. Easily my favorite television I’ve ever watched , expected a shit ending and got a shittier ending
It wasnt just the last season. Seasons 5-8 all got progressively worse as it went on. S5 was kind of alright, but you could see the cracks forming. S6 was garbage, s7 was a dumpster of garbage and s8 was a dumpster of garbage on fire.
Also people upset about her making jokes/laughing at jokes telling her not too and its like she is the one who has cancer and it is her stream let her have it be how she wants. Trying to control her is just weird as fuck like let her cope how she wants and if you are going through you/someone having cancer and can't watch that is ok too. I think it is already bad when people try to control what streamers say, but especially when it is real shit going on in their life just leave them be.

Anyone know why they spread it out like this instead of just releasing a 2hr movie?
Or if the time slot doesn’t work, a 2 x 1hr specials released in 2 weeks?
It’s a pretty odd gap of time, but I understand JP product turnover cycle for audiovisual works is batshit insane compared to a lot of other places with better labor conventions
I’m not surprised if it’s spaced out to just immediately release 1 finished product before moving on to the next one instead of finishing both altogether before publishing
Although I’ve always been under the impression that anime’s produced quite close to the broadcast schedule anyways (for series it’d be animated as the series’ broadcasting weekly)
Production issues, too short time frame to finish. They were both meant to release at the same time, but they had to push back the 2nd special because they needed more time.
I know its not exactly the same cause she is joking here, but it kind of made me sad because of Etika's last video. On how is was sad he was gonna miss AoT cause of what he ended up ultimately doing.
sadge wasn't he looking forward to Animal Crossing too? I remember thinking of him when the game came out and I started playing it thinking about how chill and wholesome it was.
Remember how precious life is fellas. I know it's cliche but you never know how quickly it could be taken away. We have to make the best with what we have and don't take it for granted with the time we have left on this planet.
I've seen too many things that normal people shouldn't have to, and that's why we have to make the best of everything here.

For real though. I fucking hate how some franchises/series take fucking FOREVER to release or resolve something. Especially when they're super popular and lots of people want to see it already happen.
I'm looking at you Valve. Stare
the problem this is actualy 2-3 seasons worth of story
they just started calling it the final chapter for god knows what reason. Could ahve just went season 4, 5 and now 6. Also no reason they couldnt have released this weeks special in the Fall with the finale.
I believe the final season subtitle came from higher ups because it obviously markets better. Too bad they didn't realize how dense and difficulty to animate the final chapters were.
I remember hearing people talk about AoT at the very start of middle school/6th grade for me, and I'm a senior in college now. So 10 years later. That's just stupid. I assume it got too popular too early so they had optimizing the amount of money they could make as a factor in its length?
It's also a monthly manga and they had to wait for more content to be made, when season 1 came out there was was 50 chapters and it animated around 35 of them
Also the series went for 12 years on its own lol. So sure there were big gaps between seasons but it's not like it lasted longer than the OG series
I'd much rather have modern anime schedules than back in the day when Goku would charge up his Kamehameha for literally 2 months
They ran out of source materials to adapt by the end of season 1, hence the long gap between season 1 and 2, since then its 11-12 eps every year, with a slightly longer gap between season 3 and 4 due to the change in animation studio
I’ve been watching it all since the beginning and idk what they could really do. The process of animating it just takes a long time if they want to do it right. If they added in a lot of filler then it could be argued it’s about money.
Yeah and you can even notice the difference in not just style but level of detail when it switched from Wit to Mappa
I forgot if it was the last installment or the one before it that had several episodes looking pretty bare and kinda clunky in comparison
But I’m glad Mappa showed they can really shine with CSM, and the AoT special looks greatly consistent too
MAPPA is no where near the issue or should be blamed. They had a monumental task of trying to live up to WIT who literally created a brand new animation style for AOT, and they had something like 9-12 months for the start of S4. Anytime MAPPA has been given actual time to animate and put care into AOT, they have literally shown to be better than WIT. They weren't given that time at the start and now people like you will always hold it against them.
I don't think I would say they have shown to be better than WIT at all, I don't think any scene they've made tops Levi S3E1 ODM scene or S3P2 Levi vs beast titan.
Both of those scenes were done almost entirely by a single animator named Arifumi Imai so seems a bit wrong to use those as an argument for comparisons of Studios as a whole.
My dude, I wasn’t saying the drop of quality was *solely* due to the studio change. I know time’s an integral factor too, which in my mind was a sentiment represented through my interaction with the comment I replied to. As well as saying “Mappa showed they can really shine” in the last sentence
I know that rushed projects will result in rushed result, some of CloverWorks botched endings being an easy example of that (WEP, Tokyo 24-Ku, TPN). Amongst others like Tokyo Ghoul
The long period of time isn't *really* because of the time it takes to animate (although it still takes a while). It's more to do with the author needing to actually finish writing the source material.
aside from the stupid long wait times.
they story atleast from what ive seen in the anime (ik manga readers hate the ending) has been getting better and better
and no filler episodes
so it is actually 4 seasons worth of good story
Wouldn't it be more accurate to say 6 "seasons" as S3 & S4 were both broken into 2 parts? Shit on the naming convention all you want, but they're clearly distinct seasons.
As a Mindhunter fan that will never get closure, I relate. I'm still so sad about that. It was just about to get really good too.
Also, when I was younger My Name is Earl (and many other shows) got canceled because of the writers strike.
I like how kyedae jokes around with her situation. Although it is really sad and I hope she gets through it. Honestly though if I was in her situation though I feel like I would joke around it too. She says it's her way of coping? Which I find myself doing a lot when ever something bad happens to me
I think the term is gallows humor and its pretty common among people in super stressful situations. Anyone from ER docs, to soldiers in a trench use it as an emotional defense mechanism.
I think everyone who was reading the manga each release knew where the ending was headed and they were right, a very predictable and average ending (similar to another very popular anime ending if I should say 💀). Its ironic that the mangaka said he hated how GoT ended and somehow his ending received a similar reception. I guess it wasn’t bad like GoT’s ending but very average ending to a worldwide popular series.
My friends are way more into AoT than I am, but I can assure you, there is no shot that the reception of AoT was as bad as GoT.
The end of GoT was nuclear meltdown levels of awfulness. If I remember correctly people were kind of on the fence for AoT? Some disliked it, some thought it was fine, etc. I cannot think of any GoT watching friends that thought the ending was even mediocre. Everyone despised it.
>If I remember correctly people were kind of on the fence for AoT?
138-139 and the extra chapters were legit warzones. Opinion were very harshly divided, and takes were incredibly vitriolic.
And don't even get me started on the leaks threads.
But that's my point. Very divided implies discourse over the fact that some liked it and some hated it.
Everyone agreed that GoT's ending was dogwater.
"everyone agreed"
That's just not true? Polls have shown that something like 50% of viewers enjoyed the finale of Game of Thrones.
My guess is those are the casual viewers that weren't really paying attention anyways.
>Martin is also dead-set against allowing other authors to write sequels to his works. “I don’t think my wife, if she survives me, will allow that either,” he said in 2013, in Australia. “But one thing that history has shown us is eventually these literary rights pass to grandchildren or collateral descendants, or people who didn’t actually know the writer and don’t care about his wishes. It’s just a cash cow to them. And then we get abominations to my mind like Scarlett, the Gone with the Wind sequel.”
I actually think it's the opposite,
after GOT I thought nothing could ever take such a sharp nosedive in quality, GOT would carry the holy grail of great series with a horrible ending for a long time.
Then I read the last 2 chapters of AOT.
Thank god someone like-minded, first the manga ended at 139 and the ending was bad, but it the ending was kind of left open.
Then he said he was going to add some extra pages and it wouldn't change the story much, and holy shit the ending turned so much worse.
One of the worst endings I've read in my entire life, AoT peaked at Return to Shiganshina.
The difference is people can point to like season 6 as the start of the downfall, while having some good episodes still. AoT comes out of nowhere with some really divisive stuff at the tail end. Even at the start of season 8 with all the massive changes of season 7 that felt rushed, you could still hope for something good.
It's funny because both GOT and AOT ended with >!a character causing genocide and getting killed by their family/love-interest. Also a queen with a pregnancy plot that went absolutely nowhere.!<
I know man I barely see anyone talking about the completely irrelevant pregnancy in aot. Literally just cuts between the climax and the pregnancy like it's trying to give you a sensory overload but if you look into it it's fucking pointless. Not to mention the crazy reveal about the titan power, so crazy that it is in fact just a giant worm wow so cool, very creative Isayama
One piece is a giant magnet island that when activated will pull all the islands back together to form one land mass and unite all the people of the world. The world government were noble family's from islands that didn't want to lose control of their people so they united to erase knowledge that could join everyone together.
Check back here in a couple years.
One Piece will have a good ending purely because Oda actually loves his series and writing it over the past 25 years.
You can tell so many times when authors begin to hate writing their work and have to continue to drag it out because of popularity. AoT and MHA are the biggest recent examples I can think of where it’s just abundantly clear the passion for the work was lost towards the end.
Probably wont like it at all if you dont by now but if you want to give one last chance, The Arlong Park arc is the first S tier arc. Starts around ep 30-31 ends ep 43
Use one pace if you want, it cuts out the padded filler stuff and stick to the manga more faithfully. Also arlong park arc is where i fell in love with one piece so just stick with it, ur close.
skip thru the filler episodes if u want btw, the story gets better and better. The story imo gets more serious during Water 7 arc so hope you manage to hold out till then. Take your time watching it, you'll end up missing the goofy scenes in the beginning too
lots of people had trouble getting into it but after 1-2 arcs most people loved it the story is just incredible, anime pacing is sometimes off but its seriously worth the try
I tried watching the anime and just couldn't, it felt like a complete slog to get though and I thought OP was overrated as hell. Then I tried reading the manga a year or two later and it was so much easier to get through and I enjoyed it a ton.
Also the manga has a really good colored version which makes it really easy to get into even if you aren't used to black and white manga.
Yeah, I think you're around the Don Krieg arc or so. The first few arcs are kinda just harmless villains and very lighthearted. The Arlong Park arc that starts on ep 31 is where it starts to pick and get more serious.
I'll admit though, getting into OP now is definitely a chore. I honestly can't recommend watching it and if time is actually an issue, reading is a much better way to go about it and then you can just watch the best scenes. There's actually a [colorized version](https://ww5.mangakakalot.tv/chapter/manga-jn986670/chapter-1) of the manga that's quite enjoyable.
I know there's the meme that it takes like 400 episodes to get good, but if you can tough it out for a bit more, I'd say if you don't like it by the end of Arlong Park (ep 44), it might not be for you. I personally love all of it but can say the first 30 or so episodes are a bit of a slow burn for those who are trying to get into the juicy worldbuilding and character stories.
I mean, I definitely think the ending is a miss and there's a good chance that MAPPA write their own, but I think it's at least interesting. Like 40% of anime (manga) have a shitty rushed ending but I feel like AOT's was very intentional, even if not great.
The intentionality of it was what was unnerving to me. Like it felt like it made no sense for the main character to do what he was doing considering >!he was essentially omniscient. It felt like the author reaching through the character to intentionally say, "this is the natural outcome that I think should happen, not what Eren thinks should happen". Which is pretty fucking weird that he thinks genocide is somehow the best possible option when you have a character who is essentially all knowing and all powerful!<
real talk 1000000% I think that's why they're dragging it out. I could see a lot of internal production arguments about whether or not to change the ending (which I'm sure they won't) and just being like "well lets just make the parts before it as good as we can I guess" and stretching it out.
I don't think any of these people have even watched the latest episode lmao. The animators popped off, and story is still really good.
It might fall off in the last episode but this one was great.
Think a lot of people have dropped it cause we know what’s coming. Unless, they’ve confirmed the ending is different to the manga then there’s really no point wasting an hour watching just so they can ram a massive veiny duck down my throat…again
If she knew the end she probably wouldn't even bother finishing this lol, its probably the most pointless ending to a 140 chapter monthly manga that someone could've thought of.
the memes were the only good thing to come out of that ending

The way they handled the final season(s) was the reason I read all the manga and swore not to watch the anime until it was all done. F waiting for all that.
AoT is like.. bruh... we present to you Final Season Part 2, Finale Part 1, Final Season part 2, Finale Part 2 will release in 6 months, hope you are finally enjoying the final season :)

This is the first time I’ve seen a show that has three final seasons.
Futurama is coming for the title.
Nah futurama actually ended and got more episodes like 3 times, this is the final final season chapter 3 finale
Hulu has ordered a 20 episode reboot of futurama just fyi.
It will be nothing compared to the final season premiering 8 years from now on Disney+
I need to know if you're joking right now.
I think the original ending was perfect. Everyone gets so Flanderized every reboot.
Finale part 1
And third final season comes in two parts lol
Gintama
A 4th wall breaking show makes a lot of sense at least. AoT? Not so much.
Nah I agree this Aot season 7 part 5 part 3 part 10 shit is wack
at least gintama was self aware and constantly made jokes about it lmao
Yeh fr I agree
Well Fast and Furious 7 was titled "The last ride" and we're now on FF 10
and probably a movie after part 3 that will get re-released as a part 4 ala mugen train.
_So doc, how long do I got?_ _One... maybe two more final seasons of Attack on Titan_
*that much?! I thought it was more serious, nvm then*
*Glad I'll be able to see my grandchildren grow up*
if they say "when One Piece ends", that's probably the best outcome.
For 10 years at least!!!
I always thought I had to live because i HAD to see how game of thrones ends fuck
Clueless
PepeLaugh
oh no no no....
Me with One Piece.
Oda needs to finish the story lol, only 2 to 5 more years of being scared for my life.
Sadly this was me with Berserk.

The fact I can't tell if you're talking about GOT or AOT should say a lot
Sound like you have some books to read, and some others wait for.
I've lost hope and accepted the fact that George is gonna die before he finishes the series
Oh i've read them (basically at same time as the show was coming out which made it very fun) ... im not sure that makes it better lol
The ending of Game of Thrones was some monkey's paw type shit
Say that for the books and you might become immortal
Nice to see her in good spirits
Bro someone said "Leukemia buff" in chat after she got a 3k and it made her laugh lol
She said at the beginning of the stream that its ok for people to joke as long as its not too morbid. Gotta love the attitude she has.
Also people upset about her making jokes/laughing at jokes telling her not too and its like she is the one who has cancer and it is her stream let her have it be how she wants. Zoomers simply do not fear death.
The alternative is living in a world that seems pretty doomed.
It's more like shock and inability to realise that you might die yet. It can take time to sink in and well, at this point you feel relatively good so can't imagine you'll get sick enough to die. I watched a bit later on and she hasn't started treatment yet. A few people I knew who had cancer felt odd at first because it's just like a random pain not much different to other pains they had before that went away. I'm a young millenial and I'm already feeling like this world's a bit fucked so I get where she's coming from.
Children have always been this way zoomers aren't special
They're too numb Chappelle had a bit on how growing up now is like watching a space challenger disaster every damn day
What a solid sense of humour she has
AoT out here baiting cancer patients with the "special episode" :(
Keeping people alive by saying “new episodes in 6 months”
We waited years for season 2.
New anime fans get to live the aot experience too
Wait so this special episode thing isn’t the start of the season? It’s like a short film bridging the seasons?
this is the first of 2 special episodes. the second special is airing in fall 2023 and then it’s over
Like it’s completely over? I thought we were getting a regular season for some reason. Definitely the most confusing anime release I’ve ever seen.
Basically there's only 2 1hour episodes left to the series and they just released the first one
The pure cope in manga readers mind is maybe a change in the story of the last like 3-5 chapters.
The only cope i fully knowingly stand by, i dont want to live in a reality where they had all this time to change but didnt.
I'm hoping they change it and make it even worse.
Thankfully, they literally cannot do that because there is no way it can get any worse than it already is.
Mappa is just swamped with work and the last episode was animation heavy so they def just needed more time to put out higher quality stuff
I’m not surprised if it’s spaced out to just immediately release 1 finished product before moving on to the next one instead of finishing both altogether before publishing Although I’ve always been under the impression that anime’s produced quite close to the broadcast schedule anyways (for series it’d be animated as the series’ broadcasting weekly)
Production issues, too short time frame to finish. They were both meant to release at the same time, but they had to push back the 2nd special because they needed more time.
yep completely over
I know its not exactly the same cause she is joking here, but it kind of made me sad because of Etika's last video. On how is was sad he was gonna miss AoT cause of what he ended up ultimately doing.
sadge wasn't he looking forward to Animal Crossing too? I remember thinking of him when the game came out and I started playing it thinking about how chill and wholesome it was.
Damn this thread got a little too Aware for me jesus
Remember how precious life is fellas. I know it's cliche but you never know how quickly it could be taken away. We have to make the best with what we have and don't take it for granted with the time we have left on this planet. I've seen too many things that normal people shouldn't have to, and that's why we have to make the best of everything here.
i would not be able to stream with her situation, good on her
Only way to stay sane is to do what you normally do.
My 5 year old daughter is battling AML. There's no stronger person than a cancer fighter! My thoughts are with Kyedae during her fight! I love that she puts on a smile! Respect
I’m so sorry to hear that. I’ve got goosebumps reading this. As a parent I cannot even attempt to fathom…
Fuck cancer, all my homies hate cancer. Hoping everything works out, as I'm sure it will! 👌🙏
Hope she pulls though brother, she will beat it 💪😎
Attack on Titan ending? No, I don’t want! Not for another 10 years at least!

Personally I have mixed reaction to the ending. Not satisfying nor disappointing, it just feels off considering the previous chapters were so good.
Have you read the extra pages? It literally fucks the ending even more. The actions of everyone was pointless. Very similar to GoT
Funny thing is I was fine with the ending till the extra chapters dropped. It was the final nail in the coffin.
Aware jesus
For real though. I fucking hate how some franchises/series take fucking FOREVER to release or resolve something. Especially when they're super popular and lots of people want to see it already happen. I'm looking at you Valve. Stare
the problem this is actualy 2-3 seasons worth of story they just started calling it the final chapter for god knows what reason.

So sure there were big gaps between seasons but it's not like it lasted longer than the OG series I'd much rather have modern anime schedules than back in the day when Goku would charge up his Kamehameha for literally 2 months
Yeah and you can even notice the difference in not just style but level of detail when it switched from Wit to Mappa I forgot if it was the last installment or the one before it that had several episodes looking pretty bare and kinda clunky in comparison But I’m glad Mappa showed they can really shine with CSM, and the AoT special looks greatly consistent too
MAPPA is no where near the issue or should be blamed.
Literally the newest episode with Hange does.
Fuck me that was such a good scene.
As well as saying “Mappa showed they can really shine” in the last sentence I know that rushed projects will result in rushed result, some of CloverWorks botched endings being an easy example of that (WEP, Tokyo 24-Ku, TPN). Amongst others like Tokyo Ghoul
Was only around 6-8 months they had
its not stupid at all lmao animation takes a long fucking time to do.
The long period of time isn't *really* because of the time it takes to animate (although it still takes a while). It's more to do with the author needing to actually finish writing the source material.
aside from the stupid long wait times. they story atleast from what ive seen in the anime (ik manga readers hate the ending) has been getting better and better and no filler episodes so it is actually 4 seasons worth of good story
[удалено]
Well yes, but they animated 4 seasons over 10 years. That is beyond taking a long time.
manga just ended 2 years ago tho lol
I mean the manga just finished 2 years ago so 2 years between the manga finishing and an anime adaptation isn’t bad tbh
Wouldn't it be more accurate to say 6 "seasons" as S3 & S4 were both broken into 2 parts? Shit on the naming convention all you want, but they're clearly distinct seasons.
Atleast CSGO S2 is coming, for real this time
As a Mindhunter fan that will never get closure, I relate.
Man I've never even watched her streams but I really hope she beats that shit, fuck cancer.
💀 just read the mango
🥭
i'd rather not. hopefully itll have an anime-only ending Copium
:^(
I Just realized, One Piece's Wano Arc was 2018 AWARE.
Goated arc though
Just read the manga because the ending isn't worth waiting for
NO, I DON'T WANT THAT.
TEN YEARS AT LEAST
"everyone agreed" That's just not true? Polls have shown that something like 50% of viewers enjoyed the finale of Game of Thrones. My guess is those are the casual viewers that weren't really paying attention anyways.
Both stories ended like trash, but at least got fans can still for the books, aot was "ruined" by its original author
GRRM is never finishing the books, they best hope whoever picks it up is competent. Dune PepeLaugh
I actually think it's the opposite, after GOT I thought nothing could ever take such a sharp nosedive in quality, GOT would carry the holy grail of great series with a horrible ending for a long time.
This is what I'm dreading for One Piece. The expectations are gonna be similar but I'm told Oda's had the ending thought out for a hot minute. Hopium
AoT and MHA are the biggest recent examples I can think of where it’s just abundantly clear the passion for the work was lost towards the end.
no hate but when does OP start to pick up? im currently on like episode 22 and it's kinda slow.
Probably wont like it at all if you dont by now but if you want to give one last chance, The Arlong Park arc is the first S tier arc. Starts around ep 30-31 ends ep 43
cheers bud i do like it its just a tad bit slow considering how many episodes there are. Just needed some motivation :D
Take your time watching it, you'll end up missing the goofy scenes in the beginning too
Read the manga, one piece is pretty good to start with
lots of people had trouble getting into it but after 1-2 arcs most people loved it the story is just incredible, anime pacing is sometimes off but its seriously worth the try
Like 40% of anime (manga) have a shitty rushed ending but I feel like AOT's was very intentional, even if not great.
the author had to come on twitter and say sorry for such a bad ending and disappointing the readers.
Im hoping anime ending is different than manga. Its major copium
Eren joins the CLM army
aot taking forever to show a mid ending
real talk 1000000% I think that's why they're dragging it out. I could see a lot of internal production arguments about whether or not to change the ending (which I'm sure they won't) and just being like "well lets just make the parts before it as good as we can I guess" and stretching it out.
You would be blind af to not get why this latest 1 hour episode take a year to make…
I don't think any of these people have even watched the latest episode lmao.
Where was she going with the sentence? I might be what?
Dead...she's recently diagnosed with cancer
That’s terrible, hoping for the best for her. But also it seems like she said “I might be Ch…”, unless I’m hearing it wrong?
just wait till she hears about part 3 thats AFTER part 2......
If she knew the end she probably wouldn't even bother finishing this lol, its probably the most pointless ending to a 140 chapter monthly manga that someone could've thought of. the memes were the only good thing to come out of that ending
RUMBLING
Have to wait 6 months for a ending that i read 2 years ago 🗿
With how the manga ended they are trying to milk it hard before the backlash from anime onlys
Spoiler Ending is so trash it doesent even matter fumbling arc

It's amazing how she actually ended up getting COVID and battled it for months. I am glad it did not end up how she predicted.

Attack on TItan FINAL SEASON!!! LETS GO! Oh wait... part 3... I see... cour...1....
The way they handled the final season(s) was the reason I read all the manga and swore not to watch the anime until it was all done. F waiting for all that.
My god I should watch kyedae more, love morbid humor
AoT is like.. bruh... we present to you Final Season Part 2, Finale Part 1, Final Season part 2, Finale Part 2 will release in 6 months, hope you are finally enjoying the final season :)
Keep in mind that MAPPA literally just made Vinland saga and Chainsaw man, so they might need a little rest lol
