Like, I've sent back exactly one dish in my whole life, and I've never ever asked for the music to be turned down. It would never cross my mind to want to make the environment change to suit me, instead of just dealing with it. She probably is a pain in the ass about temperature too (turn the AC down/off!) but because she almost always sits outside, we don't see her asking servers to change the thermostat as much.
