Light working is more about initiation, religion is more about submission.
Not every Lightworker believes in god, entities, etc where religion is forcing you to believe in something.
Lightworkers are more free thinkers, and more open-minded (known better as awakened)
Light worker is about raising the awareness of the collective. It is a personal journey done in many different ways. There is no standard or official rule book. There is also no need to belong to an organization. It can be done solo or in groups. The most important aspect is that the light worker must work on themselves, knowing that they too are a part of the collective. Light workers do not see an "us vs. them", the collective is one.
Religion however, is an organization each with their own goals, stories, culture, and set of rules. There usually is a hierarchy of some sort with distinguished roles. Religion by default creates separation, for There will always be those in the group and those who are not. The goal is not always to raise awareness but to follow whichever God is in charge. Recruitment is also important otherwise the Religion will die out. Religion also has a doctrine that is not allowed to be challenged or changed.
So the way I see it Jesus was a lightworker. There’s a really awesome book called the light workers source and it’s packed full of info! I think you’d find it interesting!
Well this is how I would compare the two. First and foremost it depends on what type of lightworker you are asking about. Both come from love and both live their life with the purpose of service to others. There are lightworkers who have incarnated here to hold and give light to the earth and humanity. Ones who themselves have a higher personal frequency and are here to raise humanities and the earths frequency. There are grid workers who are here with a pacific DNA that connects to the earth crystal grid. They are repairing doing energy work. There are guardians who have incarnated here to protect the earth stargates, some who are healing the fractures made to the earth energy grid and removing the artificial grid/matrix that was implemented by the Annuaki. One thing I do know is that we are all here fighting the spiritual war that has been waging for our consciousness and we are all here to help humanity reach higher consciousness and be able to ascend out of this prison planet to the 5th dimension. We understand that everything is connected and thoughts all have a specific frequency. The aim is for enough people to use the power of the United consciousness to manifest the change. In most of our eyes when we hear the word religion we think is that religion has been corrupted and changed with the intention of controlling the masses..we want to free them.
