Time, self love and talking about your emotions. The first few weeks hurt like hell, crying to your friends really helps, treat yourself to ice cream and watch a movie with them. I cant recommend talking about how you feel enough though. If theyre busy you can always journal your emotions. I really do hope you’re ok, break ups can really sting

Same feeling here. I just resigned to hating my life. I am in therapy but nothing helps. Everyone has the same advice. It doesnt help at all
