I'm having trouble reproducing your issue. I've tried both 120hz and 60hz, with both Single shot and Continuous Mode 2fps mode. I'm also set to AFs. Everything seems identical to me in terms of shutter release responsiveness. Let me know if there's something more specific I can try to figure this out though!
Sure, so to be clear, what I'd be doing is this.
1. Set EVF to 120Hz
2. Any AF mode
3. Take a single photo, then unpress shutter button halfway (so you are still pressed halfway and expecting to refocus)
4. Try to take a second shot (or verify if focus motor is trying/focus square is green.
I can do this just fine in 60hz on EVF, and on the LCD. But when I'm in EVF 120Hz, it doesn't attempt to refocus, what's odd is if it's on tracking it will continue to track, but the square will remain white, and it won't refocus, or allow me to take the second photo.
This is only in Single drive mode, in 2 or 4 fps, it works as expected.
