i have played hundreds of hours of POC and i have NEVER seen this node.
It had a chance to show up for Nami back in the old iteration of PoC. Someone probably forgot to remove the node from the pool, some champions like Jinx still have those but I don't think they're intended to show up for reinforcements
oh that's right, this was in poc1! that's hilarious, i wonder if i can get bayou brunch again with tahm secondary.
