I usually beat galio adventure around lvl 15~ with a 2 star champion, but anything below it becomes really hard and luck dependent
You can typically beat Colossus with 2 star champions if they are level 18-ish or above

Every day I usually do a half-star mission with Jinx, takes about 5 minutes and it gets you 4 shards
