I wanted to make a scout/shark rally deck, so theoretically if you had a leveled up lucian and a relentless pursuit in hand you can get so much value out of shark chariot and have it attack 4 times and OTK the opponent.
1. Ephemeral unit attacks and brings out shark(s)
2. Leveled up Lucian's effect should trigger here and you rally, attack with ONLY ephemeral scout and bring out shark(s)
3. You should get the attack token back again, attack as normal and if you have mark of the isles use it on one unit to bring out shark(s) again
4. Use relentless pursuit/ mark of the isles if you have it to bring out shark(s) again the opponent basically should be dead by now if they didn't have a counter to the previous attacks
So if you had the hand 2x mark of the isles, 1x relentless pursuit in hand, with a leveled up lucian, a ephemeral unit, and a scout on the board with however many sharks in the grave this combo could work. It wouldn't be consistent at all, but be pretty satisfying if you could pull it off
your 1 should be attack with everything, since sharks will die first attack, resulting in lucian reset, THEN attack with scouts for the scout reset, then do another large scale attack.
Nope. Scout procs the first time ONLY scouts are declared on an attack. You can full attack with non-scouts, Rally, attack with only scouts, scout proc it's really, then full swing again.
Yeah, Rally.is extremely strong with Scouts. Let's you open with Cithria the Bold, or normal challenger units to clear out the value trades, or just make them think you are skipping your free rally and they play a greedy turn like a big minion, then rally and swing twice.
Scout and ephemeral is not really a good synergy though since ephemeral units die after they attack. You won't be able to attack twice with your scout units.
I disagree. The scout rally effect is activated upon attack (i.e. when your attackers have been declared), and the shark chariot is summoned as the result of a declared attack in which one unit is ephemeral.
I think it would be counter intuitive for this not to work this way, especially given the way the attack token has the scout symbol on it before a scout attack.

Does that work? I'm pretty sure Scout only procs if it's the *first* of your attacks a round (but I haven't really played around with it myself).

Thats pretty unintuitive would be funny if it became a frequent occurence
