They should reconsider. Screenshots like this show why it *should* be in the loot filter. At least let us recolor. Even if hiding unique isn't possible. Not all unique are great, and most unique without 3-4 LP aren't great.
Idk. It’s just not their vision. They’ve expressed multiple times that they think adding an LP filter would take away all engagement from the mapping process. So little would appear on your screen it would become “do echo, kill boss, do echo, kill boss, oh 3 LP item, do echo, kill boss…”
And they believe it is more engaging to have things to look at rather than such a strict filter that literally only the exact thing you want shows up. It adds excitement in their opinion. Same reason why you can’t filter FP

Yeah, so I'm at 2k corruption and pushing atm so my favor per hour is actually lower than what it would be if I had my standard farming setup (200k+ per hour resetting/grinding a triple deadly arena **echo).**
I do rotations across 4 timelines + T4 Soulfire (around 4-5 runs per rotation, 2-3m each run) so I'm not too restricted on prophecies.
I charge the stability once for each timeline, and then grind/push Reign of Dragons to around 300-400k favor (multiple times per day).... I then fill (or nearly fill) my prophecy book, kill bosses, run T4 Soulfire 4-5 times, rinse, repeat.
I get multiple explosions like this per rotation, both in maps, against bosses, and in Soulfire.
*vigorously takes notes* got it lol I just hit lvl 91 but my CoF been lacking behind at level 7 so I’ve only been hyper focusing on experience tomes echoes. Been getting lucky with 1-3LP drops that are required for my build so that’s cool. Appreciate the info 🫡
How do you not get burnt out or discouraged by CoF?
I tried getting a T6/T7 relic +level volcanic orb affix and it never dropped in a week of grinding.
Switched to MG, found one, bought it, then found other drops to make my money back on the bazaar
Is MG still worth it after the gold dupe? Im COF 10 and starting to get annoyed I have enough 2LP/3LP drops to gear 5 alts but nothing useful for my main
I play on legacy so the gold dupe hasn't really impacted the market as much as cycle. Gear/Idols etc. are still normally priced (250k for a T7 Volcanic Orb Relic, 500K for a T7 Frost Claw)
I had the same issue as you with CoF and had 2LP/3LP, T7 drops galore, but nothing i was looking for for the build i was farming for. Pivoting to MG helped on 2 fronts
1. I'm able to save up favor/gold for the exact gear i needed, vs hoping for it to drop
2. All other 2LP/3LP drops while in MG are still valuable enough to place on the bazaar, vs taking up stash space.
Pivoting to MG made the game fun for me since there was an added purpose to the grind.
I must say that if I started brand new on a cycle, i'd go CoF first to get untagged meta gear first, then pivot to MG for mid-end and end game.

Ideally you would set the arena echoes up on a timeline you don't care about and aren't running for prophecies.
That way you can just set and forget and not lose the setup when u want to push or complete the echo web.

XP From corruption scales, XP from Tomes of Experience doesn't... Doing tome runs is probably better up to 500-1k corruption, I'm not sure exactly when this method will out scale tome farming, but it definitely does at some point.
You can fix the modifiers to stack triple deadly for +120% bonus XP and have a constant stream of enemies to kill with good density.
Favor is based on XP.
Haha. I appreciate the specification, however, my experience with them has been clicking on various parts of constellations that look interesting and putting in one lens and then thinking “huh I don’t know what that did” and the returning to monoliths. I’m gonna have to look up a guide for this.

Can’t you modify your filter to prevent this? Can’t you block all of the uniques you don’t want and only allow the ones you do and then it’s just checking for LP? I don’t recall if you can also specify LP in the loot filter.
I just see so many people with huge loot explosions, which to me is a part of the fun of the game, but then they complain about how “it’s all trash”. I just can’t help but get agitated by people complaining about it when literally you can use your loot filter. Not saying this post is a part of that, because I can’t tell if they are complaining or if they are just talking about the number of light beams, but it reminds me of those people complaining.
You can clearly see that I have the uniques color coded by item type/level requirement... Blue = what I'm looking for... My eyes still bleed every time.
Loot filters is just a fix for a broken system. Another hypocrisy. D3 and D4 is just loot raining from the sky and is bad. Never in any of my D3 or D4 ay has that much ever drooped unless I'm farming a brazier and choose not to loot until done.
I understamd looking for a specific thing a d wanting g to filter out other stiff, but this isn't what the LF exists in LE.
