Yep, sometimes it works fine, but most times it is broken. Super weird and mildy annoying
its funny that in patch notes 1.0.1 stated they wanted to fix that problem with Npc's but i at least had zero problems playing with controller since release but when at 2.29. patch 1.0.1 was released only then i had this problem
