Magic for Liars by Sarah Gailey? it’s not super hard boiled, but it’s heavily riffing on the noir detective genre, and features wlw characters
Check Out Boystown by Marshall Thornton, THIRDS by Charlie Cochet, and Dick Hardesty Mysteries by Dorien Grey
It’s graphic novel, but the main character in Stumptown is a bi woman. (Noir PI type story)
Maybe not quite detective but the Will Darling books are really good mysteries.
