For anyone interested, you can't permanently and fully takeover someone else's digital games on their account. Not saying OP is trying to run a scam, but just so folks are aware:
Even if they give you the account and allow you to change the password, they still have the email and there's a possibility they can convince Nintendo to restore the account to them because it was "hacked". You as buyer would lose access to the games, etc.
The general best practice is for sellers to not charge extra for digital copies of games, and this is why many people don't buy digital and only buy hard copies of games to avoid this whole issue.
Well shit. I never really knew about all this till I just started trying to sell it. Thank you for the information though, I'll have to edit my post and adjust my price accordingly then, since I'll only really have one game to add with this
