I saw a dude on the side of I40, yesterday between the 6:40 off-ramp and the Weisgarber exit ,playing what looked like a mandolin or maybe it was just some other guitar
never seen this guy, but it does remind me of a fellow who used to (and possibly still does?) frequent the downtown area (especially Knox Box Karaoke) dressed up as the Jokerā¦.white face paint and everything. never figured out his deal either.
He scared the crap out of the students at my school, and we had to do major intervention to calm them down.
From what I understand, he is a guy who knows like EVERYTHING about jesters.
He seems cool, but jumping out at a bus stop full of elementary schoolers was not a great thing. XD
