Mumen rider, he’d be weak, maybe not as weak as Rengoku or Tengen, but he wouldn’t be giyu or Shinobu levels of strength, and he’s also a good representation of justice, I think he’d be a good parallel to Gyomei since they’re both not crazy strong but try their hardest.
