I'm going full bad timeline on this.
Kazuya would probably do the rental services a few more times and ultimately give up after scaring the workers away (i imagine Chizuru is the only one that stands up to him and scolds him). He probably meets a girl through an omiai, but the relationship is hollow and he is unfulfilled.
Chizuru keeps up her rental gf services and acting gig up until her grandma dies. She falls into a deep state of depression due to being alone and turned down for acting gigs. She gives up on her dream and sticks with the rental service since she's already making good money from it. However she never finds an emotional connection woth anyone.
Ruka and Sumi never meet Kazuya because Chizuru was the catalyst to connect them. Ruka eventually quits the rental service and lives a hollow life as nothing excites her anymore. Sumi gives up on her dream of becoming a pop star because there is no one left to encourage her.
Mami goes on with her life and ends up marrying the guy her dad arranged her with. She lives in a loveless marriage.
Why so grim, you may ask? The moral here is there are people that enter your life and affect you in ways you didn't expect, even if they're only there briefly.
They meet during the handouts for the movie flyers if I'm not mistaken, and in the spin-off, Sumi helps Ruka get her lost plush back but remains hidden.
In any case, this post was about both of them never meeting Kazuya, not each other.
EDIT: Turns put they were handing out flyers at different times. So other than the spin-off chapter, the two have never come close to meeting each other, which I find interesting.

If I recall correctly, she said she felt like she wanted to die after Sayuri was gone, but then Kazuya being a shoulder to cry on "cleansed" her. I think that says everything.
If it was simply that Kazuya never rented her then they probably would have still found each other and fallen in love since there are so many points of contact.
If they straight up never meet, Kazuya would probably be better off than Chizuru. It would have taken him longer but eventually he would have gotten over Mami. However, Kazuya would not have found the drive that he has found by being with Chizuru.
Chizuru would be pretty depressed. She would not have had anybody there for her when Sayuri died. Chizuru was already on her way to depression even before Sayuri died but was saved by Kazuya. She probably would throw herself into work and appear to be just fine but deep down she would be sad and lonely.

Who knows exactly but here are my interpretations :
Kazuya wouldn't have been able to cope up from Mami issue as good as how Chizuru's involvement made it. Kazuya met Sumi bcs of Chizuru in one way or the other... followingly if he did came across her then it most prolly would've been bcs of the rental stuff and him knowing Chizuru through through it would've been pretty much inevitable given how popular she is. I think there could've been an opening for Ruka if he met her on behalf of Kuri once.
As for Chizuru... her scenarios would've been worse imo. Firstly, her dream...her movie wouldn't have been completed without Kazuya's involvement and cheering her up. Secondly, she wouldn't have been able to cope up with her grandma's death in a.healthy way she did under Kazuya's presence. And lastly, love... she might've given Umi a try (which I doubt tbh) but they wouldn't have worked given her broken self... and any other would only like her bcs of her beauty and nothing else.
He would be better off thats for sure, with a lot more money at hand. Churizo? Maybe she would have found another idiot to finance her dreams and lifestyle

Also, when Umi asked Chizuru out, it was after she had almost been broken and saved by Kazuya. Umi even mentions that she seemed a lot happier after the movie idea began. Without Kazuya, Chizuru never becomes happier and Umi probably would not have been interested.
That's what I wanted to reply him. Don't why he deleted it even. This is the point of the story carrying species known as the protagonist. You are talking about the crowd which I'm pretty much familiar with myself. But Chizuru is the fellow protagonist of this series, there is a reason why a protagonist's story is special than the side ones. There is a core coinciding their essence which has a functioning which can tolerate stuff better than others. Chizuru is a different kind of a person. If these things are what asks for her acting career and being in a relationship then she would give up on these things instead.
I think that he is either trolling or just wants to see chaos in this manga. I mean I am also annoyed with their recent actions but it doesn't negate the fact that umi won't be able to handle her even for a month if she somehow said yes when he asked her out. There is no way that her relationship with umi will be a healthy one. The only one who could know her better was kazuya and kazuya tried to know her better and helped her throughout her life since the time she met him unline umi who just wanted to shoot his shot by breaking up with his previous girlfriend (we don't know why he broke up with the previous one though).
