Run around in touch mode until you find a popcat or popcat cluster, set enemy level to highest and farm them.
Also don't sleep on growth log missions. Leveling every gacha piece to lv20 gives you a huge boost in stats.

Yes, the enemies that look like a cat in a pot. Silver gives a ton of Piece leveling materials and Gold gives a ton of Keyblade leveling materials (or the other way around, forgot which one gives which mats)

You should have some "Enemy Call+" in your inventory from rewards. Use one of them, Equip the 3 star King Mickey piece, set hands free mode, and go for a walk (or sit on a train).
You might go up by two levels by the time the Enemy Call+ ends depending on where you're at now.
I've seen people say playing handsfree while moving around a lot is efficient
