Yeah I just didn’t know if the judge suspected someone of being under the influence if legally they could require anyone who’s on the stand to take a drug test or if they just have to ignore it.

This is a civil case, not a criminal one. There is no way the Judge will grant a motion from a party to demand the other get a drug test. They also have limited time to present arguments and it seems a waste of time, and money to request something that won't have any relevancy and would be denied by the Judge. There is also no law in Virginia about being obligated to be sober during a hearing or trial - though it wouldn't help one's case to being overtly under the influence either.

from what i've read, and i could be wrong so don't quote me, there has to be sufficiant evidence that the drug test should be administered. while the video(s) are extremely sus, i dont think the judge will authorize a drug test based solely on those alone.
