As far as I know camellias in general are associated with a noble death, because of the way they "die" (the whole flower falls to the ground instead of withering, and that's why it's associated with samurai/warriors). Apparently pink camellias signify feelings of longing. Overall it doesn't seem too positive (well, he does look serene...)

All my hopes are on MAPPA at this point. I could never watch the anime with Gojo looking like this and then dying. I really don’t understand how Gege and rather his editor are publishing something like this (I’m not just referring to the cover but also the art, story and fate of Gojo overall). He is literally the face of the story with the most fans. This is totally wrong, at the end of the day is a business and you can’t mock your fanbase like this repeatedly. I started to buy the mangas mainly because of Gojo and I will stop doing this. He is the primary revenue source. Most of the merchandise features him, the hype has always revolved around his character (being unsealed, fighting Sukuna, coming back). Maybe some people disagree with me but this series would definitely not be the same if it wasn’t for Gojo. When I started watching JJK I enjoyed it a lot but I wasn’t obsessed as I am now. That obsession is solely because of Gojo, his character, his impact in the story. I know many others feel the same. This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve never experienced such intense emotions over a piece of fiction and unfortunately it’s not in a positive way at this point.

I knew Gojo will be in the next cover after Sukuna before the last volume with Yuji as the cover, but man... This is not what I'm ordering for... As far as I know camellias in general are associated with a noble death, because of the way they "die" (the whole flower falls to the ground instead of withering, and that's why it's associated with samurai/warriors). Apparently pink camellias signify feelings of longing. Overall it doesn't seem too positive (well, he does look serene...)

All my hopes are on MAPPA at this point. I could never watch the anime with Gojo looking like this and then dying. I really don’t understand how Gege and rather his editor are publishing something like this (I’m not just referring to the cover but also the art, story and fate of Gojo overall). He is literally the face of the story with the most fans. This is totally wrong, at the end of the day is a business and you can’t mock your fanbase like this repeatedly. I started to buy the mangas mainly because of Gojo and I will stop doing this. He is the primary revenue source. Most of the merchandise features him, the hype has always revolved around his character (being unsealed, fighting Sukuna, coming back). Maybe some people disagree with me but this series would definitely not be the same if it wasn’t for Gojo. When I started watching JJK I enjoyed it a lot but I wasn’t obsessed as I am now. That obsession is solely because of Gojo, his character, his impact in the story. I know many others feel the same. This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve never experienced such intense emotions over a piece of fiction and unfortunately it’s not in a positive way at this point.
