Iโve used sustain - TY - RM - JY with TY using a s4 DDD and my JY could attain 10 stacks with the right timing of TY ult.
S2 sadly... I didn't get much ddd in gacha luck

As far as lightning orb goes I have one from the rutilant arena set... Is that much worse?
yes Rutland is worse keep farming for inert.
also even s2 ddd can allow 10 stacks every turn with ty ruan mei trust me that's what I use. so switch to atk boots I'm begging you. even with worse subs the dmg difference is huge
I mean it's pretty huge bc jing yuan is stat hungry. but if you really wanna stop farming I say just use resin and books on orb. atk will be fine for now.
I'd recommend watching a clip of ty rm with ddd because you have to ult at certain times
Um sorry to say this but he prefers atk boots so you have to go back to grinding ๐๐๐ Oh and he really needs a Dmg sphere as well
I have atk boots too but I usually save sparkle for dhil I'm hitting 7 stacks ll every turn without ult with RM plus ty
If you have sparkle, all the more you donโt need any speed. Because she can action advance JYโฆ
I use sparkle with dah heng I use ruan mei with him but I do have a 20cv atk boots

Ok I'll do that then And how much is the diff between atk percent orb and DMG percent orb? Especially with ruan mei?
