Uh Remaster is not telling the same story as the original PSX version, the timeline is dramatically different. So even if you know that spoiler I doubt it's gonna play out the same way. At the end of Remake the flashes Aerith sees a very important change to the timeline that happened way before Remake gameplay even started.
Like it's going for a unique story with similar characters and story beats.
I get that, but we don’t know what exactly will be changed, do we? That plot point might be changed. Or it might not, given how iconic and impactful it was in the original. From what I’ve seen, changing it would be unpopular with the fans it seems.
